Phoenix pavilion hot spring hotel was amazing! Due to big luggages we have, they upgraded our room for free to a larger room, the room has a private onsen room 🤩🤩 Hotel also provides car shuttle services from 10am -10pm that fetch you to Xinbeitou MRT station which is just 1 station away if you would like to head to Beitou which is very convenient, by foot it’s about 10 mins back to the hotel if you’ve surpass the shuttle services. Highly recommended! 酒店房间超美的 ！

Location is uphill, approx 20 mins walk from the nearest mrt station. But dont worry, they offer a free pick up and drop off from and to the nearest mrt. Vegetarian breakfast is included

It is located far from the train station, but the facilities were not bad and they provided free shuttle services. The room size was okay and the bed was big, but one thing I didnt really like is that they had no hot water for their normal bathroom. But overall still not bad for its price

Nice room for family. Private hot spring area. Love it so much. And also a nice driver to pick us up from Beitou station. It's on standby anytime.

Receptionist was kind to upgrade our room.
They serve local breakfast. Mainly porridge, soya milk, coffee and tea with toast bread which was acceptable to us.
There is a driver to pick us up and drop off from the train station.
Was a great experience and values for money.

Phoenix Pavilion Hotspring Hotel is a very cosy and family oriented hotel. We booked the quad room and we have 2 Queen sized beds and 2 toilets.
The hotel staff is very friendly and service oriented. The hotel has van to fetch guests from Mrt Station.
The hotel stay is value for money.

Enjoyed the in room hot spring very much. The room is also huge. Arranged for in hotel van to/fro hotel daily and they are quite friendly.
Regretted not taking hotel breakfast as hearsay it was traditional ********* style breakfast. Need to say hotel doesn't seemed to have lift and my room has few flights of stairs to climb.
