Ximen Citizen Hotel

Location is quite good. Less than 10mins walk to xmd mrt station. Hotel is clean. Just tat the room aircon is too cold. But hotel staff is nice, called for extra pillows and blanket and they gave it to us. Connivence with lots of shops, makan place and even massage parlour just near the hotel. Overall not too bad !

Good but can be so expensive during wekend and the room doors should be change to keycard

It was our first time in Taiwan and we were so lucky to found this hotel 😊 Location was very good and friendly staffs

Location is near to Ximen metro station exit 6, room a bit small, free hot drink at the lobby, those looking for near ximen can consider.

Building is old and the room we got has little ants/insects crawling on the table and the wall next to the bed. The room is small and two single beds are pulled together to form a double bed. The worst part is that my husband ended up with many red itchy bumps on his back and arms. We believe there are bed bugs. We told the front staffs about this and the only thing they did was to change the bedsheets. No change of rooms. We initially booked this place for 4 nights but could not bear to stay for the entire duration. Did not sleep the 3rd night, checked out early (no refund), and found another place to stay instead. We stayed in three different places while touring Taipei, this is the worst one.
