The service was friendly and welcoming, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is conveniently located near an MRT station, with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby, making it easy to get around. Our room was next to the MRT tracks, but the sound insulation was excellent when the windows were closed. The room itself was basic but clean. The towels felt a bit old and worn, though I typically bring my own. Basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided. The shower door didn't seal properly, causing water to leak out onto the bathroom floor. The toilet lacked a bidet feature, and the spray gun provided was broken. Although the water pressure was strong, the basin faucet was angled directly at the drain, so water always splashed everywhere when turned on. Bottled water was not available in the room, and while there was a water dispenser in the hallway, it never seemed to have hot water.
