Hotel Gracery Taipei

Everything is good, located very closed to metro station, room is clean and tidy, staff is nice and helpful, be reminded the reception floor is at 3/F instead of ground floor.

I enjoyed our stay on this hotel. The room is clean and cozy. The location is near the mrt and just two stops to Taiwan main station. There are three convenient stores around. The breakfast is decent. Overall a good place to stay.

Overall stay was great! The room is spacious, clean. Breakfast was nice too. Located very near the train station and Hua Shan creative. It's quite cute to have Godzilla themed hotel lobby 😆. Maybe only thing was the wall are slightly thin cos I can hear next door sound a few times but still manageable.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Gracery Taipei, and it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The hotel is directly connected to Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT Station, which makes getting around Taipei incredibly easy, whether you’re heading to Taipei Main Station, Ximending, or exploring food spots and night markets. After a long day of walking, having the MRT literally downstairs is a huge plus. There are also convenience stores, cafés, and local eateries nearby, so everything you need is within reach. The room was spotless, modern, and very well laid out. Typical of Japanese hospitality, every detail felt intentional. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens and pillows that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep, even after long travel days. The room wasn’t huge, but it was intelligently designed with enough space to move around comfortably, open luggage, and store belongings. Soundproofing was excellent; the room felt quiet and relaxing despite being in a central area. The bathroom deserves special mention. It was immaculate, well-lit, and stocked with premium toiletries. The shower pressure was strong and consistent, and everything, from towels to amenities, felt fresh and high quality. This is one of those hotels where you actually enjoy using the bathroom, which says a lot. Service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and any questions I had were answered clearly and patiently. Even small interactions felt warm and respectful, which made the stay more personal and welcoming. Cleanliness across the hotel was impeccable. Public areas, elevators, hallways. Everything was consistently well maintained. You can tell that housekeeping standards are taken very seriously here, which adds a strong sense of comfort and trust as a guest. What really sets Hotel Gracery Taipei apart is the balance between Japanese precision and ********* warmth. It feels calm, reliable, and refined without being cold or overly formal. Whether you’re visiting Taipei for leisure or business, it’s a place where you can truly relax and feel taken care of. In short, this was an amazing experience, and I would 100% stay here again on my next trip to Taipei. Hotel Gracery Taipei delivers excellent value, top-tier cleanliness, prime location, and consistently great service. Highly recommended.

Always the good place to stay in TPE city , and this time I found a good place to have a coffee just 3mins walk , will come and explore shortly again
