The place was beautiful and big rooms with abundant sunlight. The staff were helpful and kind. The only thing lacking was the amenities such as toothbrush and other toiletries. Most hotels I been to provided all these except this. They were kind enough to bring us some upon request but only once.

Room is clean and location is superb. stafd were fantastic and really helpful. Everyone greets you with a smile. Room is generous.

The staff was very helpful regarding checking in, any request from the customers, and the great, hospitable attitude showed before and upon our arrival. Super recommended. Even though some say the facility is a bit old, after all, my family and I had a great time staying at this hotel.

Hotel room was spacious as compared to other hotels with a rather central location! There are a few places to eat around with a 7-11 store just behind which was super convenient! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Taipei!
