We enjoy our stay in this hotel. But there is unpleasant smell in the room, but other than that it was okay. Also the location is close to ximending and establishments so it's very convenient

The filter of the AC was dusty and I had to dust some high corners of the room.
There was an issue with the shower head but the receptionist changed it within the day.
The carpet in the room feels unclean and needs some shampoo.
The room was kinda dark as the position of the window cannot light it up properly.

Location is good. Walk straight from Ximen MRT station exit 6(ximending pedestrian) or exit 1 (the red house, need to cross the road for exit 1). They provide drinking water, hairdryer, clean towel, slippers, toothbrush(receptionist will give during checkin).
Minor: They still have the same problem with the payment machine. My money was deducted from my account but they didn’t receive according to them. I notice that the same complain was made before but the same problem still re-occurring. That cause the checkin process became slow, we have to leave first before they can solve it because the management don’t pick up the phone when the receptionist called them. Yet they still asked for preauthorised during hotel booking. Dear hotel management, if you want the guest to pay at the hotel, stop asking for preauthorisation. Better ask for prepay online for smooth checkin process! BTW, the bathroom is dirty with old stains. The AC is not cold enough, i was sweating the whole night.

Location is strategic, near access to Ximending Night Market. Nearest bus stop location is Ximen Elementary School. Just 30-50m away. Took bus if too tired to walk to the hotel 😂
If you need toothbrush, request it at the reception counter.
Luggage storage is convenient with CCTV. You can store luggages if you arrive early or if your flight back home still have hours to go.
We also ask them for help to book a taxi to go to the airport after check out.

Within walking distance to train station and ximending shopping district. Old hotel room with toilet newly renovated only.

I love this place! Very easy to locate and just a few minutes walk to night market of Ximending. Ideal for the family that we stay. Definitely we will back again to this hotel. Highly recommended. I guarantee that you will enjoy.

Payment process is burdensome. When i came, there's Filipino that have to go out to draw cash because cant accept card payment on that time. While mine, I have pre authorization payment and needed to tap the card but failed. I tried two type of cards also fail. Then I took all my other four cards and asked 'okay I have four cards here, if none of these cards didn't work, its your problem here'. Then they restart the payment machine but the Wise card that i used while booking can't used there, and I have to use my credit card which cost me more than the paid amount. Now it have been two weeks since check out and i still didn't get the refund to my Wise Card. Please find somewhere hotel that didn't have this pre authorization process thing. Its hassle and burdensome.

location is convenient ,just 5min walk from Ximen station, many foods and shopping stores in this area. Hotel price is cheap and service is good
