I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend, and we had a wonderful time! The location was great, and the hotel staff were all incredibly kind and helpful.
Some reviews mentioned issues with the bathroom, but our room was very clean and everything worked perfectly. It was such a treat to be able to soak in a bathtub outside of Japan — I felt so happy and relaxed!
There was also a basement area with complimentary drinks, massage chairs, laundry machines, and even some games we could enjoy freely. Everything about this hotel was amazing.
I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I come to Taiwan! 謝謝❤️

Wow the free snacks downstairs is so good!!! I love the tea eggs. There's switch also but honestly idk who has time to play that during vacay haha. Nice location 10 mins walk.
Issue is yes the noise isolation is not very good. Luckily I went during non peak so it wasn't too bad but it is a bit noisy. And the hotel room is old.

We are very happy with the hotel and will likely come again. The location is good, just a few minutes from Shuanglian metro station, which is just 2 stops from Taipei main station. There is a lovey street market nearby. What we also love is the free snacks, drinks from 7am to 12midnight, as well as massage chair.

👎 Mosquitos - seen at reception and common area which we need to be careful in view of dengue or mosquitos related disease.
Strict on 3 o clock check in time …….i respect that and understand the “rationale” behind.
👍Helpful front desk staff to help to get transportation and directions/advice to explore the city

Pictures posted on the website are not applicable for the room we booked. It is messy all around in the hotel. Towels torn up, walls need renovation, bathroom is cheaply renovated. People at the reception were very friendly, but would not come back to this hotel.

The location is great — it’s close to Shuanglian MRT, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, when we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, possibly from the carpet or the aging condition of the hotel. We noticed mold on the ceiling, the wall, parts of the washroom, and the carpet didn't feel as clean as it should be. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel. A simple renovation would make a big difference, especially since mold on the ceiling is quite unacceptable. Since we were only staying for one night, we didn’t request a room change.

It was alright. Had decent facilities can’t say there was anything wrong with my stay. Just didn’t like reception. Was in a decent location too.
