In General all good, service good, however the room is very damp…. Recommend asking for a dehumidifier. The hairdryer is very very slow. Great showers!

Grand hotel. Family friendly with connecting rooms. Staff are helpful...only a minor hiccup with housekeeping but after some nudges they fixed the issue professionally. Breakfast buffet is top notched.

This was my first time staying at the Mandarin Oriental Taipei. On previous trips, I've tried a few other new hotels, and the Kimpton Da An was definitely the most disappointing. However, my experience at the Mandarin Oriental this time was excellent! The only area that needs improvement would be the tea and snacks; they were genuinely not good. Everything else, overall, was wonderful.
