Location - 4/5 because it is relatively near to city centre and there are 2 MRT stations within 1 km (Zhongshan and Shandao Temple), but you still need to walk about 10 minutes to reach either MRT station. On the positive side, this means less noise from traffic.
Cleanliness - 5/5, everything is in order and well.
Service - 5/5 because check in and out is breeze, and hotel manager helped to arrange an additional night at a competitive rate. What's even surprising is the free mini bar in the room, though just basic but this standard is quite rare nowadays.
Facilities - 3/5 because I think the room is not really suitable for tourists as it is for business travellers. I stayed in a 33 m2 Corner King Room but the room feels cramped. The narrow corridor from the door to main areas of the bedroom, the placement of large office chair, and huge bathtub are some of the things that occupy lots of space, resulting in tight spaces to unpack and pack large suitcases. The bathroom sink and faucet are also at a weird position that water will splash and drip everywhere when you wash your hands.
