A happy returning traveller... but the rooms does need some repair especially the toilet. Overall still a good hotel given its location (Ximen Exit 3) and staff good service.

I passed in this hotel and inquire personally at their concierge. So when I have business trip to Taiwan I booked at this property. And I don't regret it. I love it.

The hotel is located at the very good location, closed to mrt, walkable to ximending. They provide washing machine too.

Location is near Ximen Station, staff are friendly, but that is about it.
Room was generally clean, but on my first night I lifted the toilet seat cover and saw urine puddles. Didn’t dare lift it on subsequent nights.
Room sound proofing is very bad. I can hear the neighbouring rooms - alarms, videos, talking and laughters. Hotel door is not fully sealed (attached photo - can see the gap beneath door), so lobby sound is very clear as well, can hear people chatting before they retire to room, door bells, doors closing, lift.
Wifi was unstable. The connection (when connected) is average, but it disconnects on its own after 30 mins or so.

not the first time staying here, most of the staff are less friendly compared to last time that gave people a welcoming vibe at all times. only 2 staff - light brown coloured guy staff and one female receptionist with bangs continued the friendly service. also the cleanliness of the hotel slightly reduced, got few days where one of the housekeeping staff didnt vaccum the floor and one time forgot to clear the rubbish.

I would say this is the cleanliness hotel I ever stayed in ximen. Free cup noodles every night which is a plus point! Daily make up room is very well done too, they even help to organise my phone charger and wire hahaha. Sound proof can be improved abit, eg you can hear next door shutting their door real hard because the door is auto. But all good. Free washing machine and dryer and washing powder👍🏻

An absolute awesome hotel, and a great location in Ximending. Just outside exit 3 of Ximen station it’s so so convenient! There’s lots of restaurants and the family Mart in 7-Eleven nearby.
Also, the staff is absolutely amazing. They’re so friendly and so helpful. The hotel has a lot of things to keep its kiss happy and satisfied such as a coffee machine lots of face snacks and food and airport shuttle service and they can hold your luggage for you. I will definitely stay here again. The next time I come to Taipei and highly recommended to others! Thank you so much for all your help and amazing time!

Nice and compact room. Ximen MRT is just minutes away. They have daily snacks and late night instant noodles with free coffee and tea. Quite a nice hotel despite the price difference on Trip.com and their own website. Better to compare the price before booking.
