Hotels in Songshan Airport Area, Taipei

It's hidden in an alley but quite convenient to travel around as you can walk to the main road in short distance. The outer building does looks old but it's cozy comfortable inside. It's affordable price so don't ask for more. You can have some free snacks/sweets/tea @ the lobby area. The room is simple and a little small but can fit two persons. There's bathtub. Overall it's a good choice for short staycation travelers who want to explore taipei.

Quadruple room - very spacious! The view from the window is nice, and there's the Shuangcheng Street Night Market near the hotel! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the front desk service was excellent and very welcoming!

The staff can speak english and are very accomodating so you wont have difficulty checking in as foreigners. They have some coffee and tea packets when you enter. The room and facilities are nice and clean. I liked that they have the train routes posted which helped us have a picture of how to go around Taipei.

No frills, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Right near to Songshan Airport. It is a little far from the subway but there is a bus stop in the back of the building. Everything is basically walkable. There is a local restaurant next door and a few blocks away.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Songshan Airport and also about a 10-minute walk from Zhongshan Junior High School Station on the Wenhu Line of the Taipei Metro. Because the hotel is located in an alley, it's not very noticeable. However, the hotel facilities are very satisfactory. The rooms have sofas, tree branch-shaped clothes racks, and good lighting. The toilets have bidet toilets. The first floor offers complimentary instant noodles, coffee, and tea in various flavors! However, there are no indoor slippers (you may need to ask at the front desk). The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located near the hotel. A top choice for accommodation during your Taipei trip! Highly recommended!

Such a great stay! Big room, amazing location and laundry service available. Walking 5-10 minutes in all directions of the hotel you'll find everything. Great strategic location near the metro station too and with direct access to bus 1816 from Taoyuan airport (be aware that the driver must be informed or they will not stop here and take you directly to the bus station). Breakfast is not the best, things don't get refilled so a late breakfast means less choice. Reception staff was great, great customer service and good attention towards the guests, well done Something serious the hotel needa to improve asap is the pre-authorization payment policy. If I already paid before checking-in I should not be asked to pay again, just keep what has been pre-authorized and paid, like some other hotels do, otherwise the double amount will be missing from my account until I wait for the pre-authorization to be refunded...with international cards this may take weeks. Not acceptable

The Landis Taipei is an absolutely gem. Near MRT and bus station. Great location as it isn’t too far from the attractions. Staffs were nice and friendly. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice.  It was a pleasant stay!

Hotel is in a good area as it is near a train station (~3-5mins walk), convenient stores (711 & FamilyMart) beside it and a direct bus that goes to ShiLin night market (15-20mins). Overall cleanliness is still okay as during my stay there was an unpleasant but bearable smell in the room, toilet “window” has a lot of dirt and mould on it but bed is clean. Do kindly note that they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash but not toothbrush and toothpaste. The toilet seat functions was not working in my room so i didn’t get to enjoy it 😔 Check in was smooth and fast as the staff helped me with the self check in kiosk.

Tucked away in a quiet alley on Zhongshan Shuangcheng Street, Royal Rose Hotel Twin Cities offers convenient access to public transport, being just a 7-minute walk from Zhongshan Elementary School MRT Station. The area is also bustling with night markets, local eateries, and cafes. The hotel boasts elegant design, a clean and comfortable environment, and exceptionally soft beds. Guests can also enjoy complimentary snacks and coffee in the common lounge area, reflecting their thoughtful service. However, the room soundproofing is a minor drawback; light sleepers might want to consider bringing earplugs.

The room was excellent, the bath tub was great! However the breakfast was very disappointed especially the ordered menu. The chicken, fish and scramble eggs taste like last week's leftover. The beef noodle is the only eatable dish on the menu.
