Hotels in Nangang Exhibition Center, Taipei

The front couinter staff were lovely and helpful. However, there was debreis from a previous guest left on the floor - poor housekeeping. Also, the walls were poorly insulated, so we heard the going ons in the room next to us, past midnighrt.

The second time~ It was really sad that I cannot stay one more night Location-wise not the best, but I would definitely stay here next time!

Great amenities, clean hotel and generally warm and kind staff. However, we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they welcomed us ok - but nothing special given we paid for a special executive level treatment. Breakfast was plenty of options but some limitations to those who are vegan and would like healthier options. Staff lack attentiveness that belongs to 5 stars, they also lack ‘can do’ attitude to accommodate guests’ requests especially when they are so simple like for example - I asked multiple times at breakfast and in the lounge if they can serve me some watermelon (because I saw they had freshly cut and stored watermelon sitting in the fridge) but all staff repeatedly said no. It felt so silly looking at that watermelon just sitting there and me sitting so disappointed day after day, just craving it and not being able to get it so I went to the mall across the street and ate it there. I mean, not a five star experience really. Apart from great spa and fitness, we left pretty disappointed :(

The location was near a train station. However, the area itself (Nangang) is not an exciting area. Nothing much to do. We had to stay there for an event in Popop Taipei, which is walking distance. On cleanliness, there were leftover trash on the floor when we checked in. The room service was able to address the concern fast but it already gave the ”dirty” place experience for us. Facilities is below average since when we stayed in, there was an event happening. The lobby was converted to conference room so there's barely any lobby at all. One thing that makes this hotel worth it is the service of the front desk as well as room services. They were very attentive to our requests, including booking taxis.

Design of the room was a little old but hotel room was well kept and clean. Breakfast was good. Location was a little out of the way for tourists especially for us joining tour group meeting point at Taipei Main Station. We have to take a bus outside the hotel to the train station connecting to destination. Overall stay was satisfying. We were told to place a deposit with hotel front desk and was told may have to charge us for anything found damage upon check out. Found a charge list in the room. We got the refund of our deposit promptly upon checkout.

Stayed at this hotel for the convenience it offers to shuttle to and fro the nangang exhibition hall. Room is spacious, bigger than most other Taiwan hotels of the same price. Hotel offers sauna, gym, breakfast and a in-house cafe. Staffs are helpful.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel,and they really approachble and really kind, they really care to their customer and what i really like when we back in our hotel we surprised because on our table it has a pouch and a snack they give us for free,super love it, 🥰highly recommended this hotel nexttime we comeback in taiwan absolutely we will choose this hotel again🥰

The location is excellent, right downstairs from Nangang HSR and MRT stations, a shopping mall, and various restaurants. The hotel environment was quiet, the breakfast was good, and it was very clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The bed is pretty bad and expensive. The floor squeaks when you walk. Not recommended for a date. The room is big and there is a **** store inside which is quite convenient. The best thing is the big bathtub in the bathroom. But the electric bubble in the bathtub is broken and has not been repaired.

I’m coming back in a few years and when it happen I’d love to stay here again. It’s quite good for backpackers and so near to the MRT Station (BL). The landlady is good and accomodating, easy check-in and check-out. Thank you.
