The outdoor hot springs are not fully opened, and some pools have cold water and no heated water. It must be because there are not many customers. The staff started to drain the water while I was still soaking. The answer was that the water was cold and needed to be changed. After soaking in hot springs for more than 20 years, this is the first time I encountered such a water change. Don’t hot springs always need to heat water? The staff seemed to be locals, and there should be no training in service management to meet these hardware conditions. In summary, the scenery is very good, and the pool with hot water circulation is good, but the temperature is not high. Poor service, poor room decoration. It's a pity that there are such good views, hot springs and those unique single-family buildings.

The hotel has complete facilities, the service attitude is very good, and the experience is very satisfying! There are not many people, there are many hot spring pools, and they are clean and hygienic. Children will not want to come up after playing in the pool! The food in the restaurant is not expensive and the most important thing is delicious!
