Hoya Hot Spring Resort & Spa

We booked the Japanese style room and it is very spacious and clean. There is hot tub in every guest room (make sure to double check with the front desk for stone-made bath tub instead of plastic made). There is a public hot spring pool but make sure to bring a swimming cap. The buffet style breakfast is included in our booking. We definitely enjoyed the wide variety of food. Unfortunately there aren’t much food choices around this area. The best chance is driving to Taitung downtown. There is a laundry room (coin-operated) in the building which makes it easier for travelers.

Loved the “welcome drink” with small snacks and popcorn Room was clean and large with a nice view and baths were nice - 2 temperatures and a cold pool

The hot spring is nice, room is also good just the toilet in the room couldn’t flush properly.. otherwise everything is good, serving people are friendly

The location is in southern Taidung. Consider the fact that Taidung require 2hour driving from north to south, this location make it little difficult to see northern Taidung attractions. But the hot spring in this town is the best. The hot spring in this hotel use genuine underground hot spring water, your skin can feel the difference while enjoying it.

Love this hot spring hotel, the facilities are well maintained, there are various spring water jets to try, good for muscle pain relief, this is my second time staying here, I would recommend others to stay here!

The hotspring inside the room is good and the public spa hotspring facilities are convenient with long opening hours. It will be better if tap water is available for shower and washroom instead of the spring water only.
