雖然這次住在銀河行館偏商務的飯店，但櫃檯服務還是很好，房間大又舒適也很乾淨。房間內的小吧台所贈的咖啡也有別於一般飯店的即溶咖啡 很有創意也很好喝。

服務人員很親切，也很熱心。雖然是行館，但是但該有的服務品質，跟環境衛生也是不馬乎。窗外可以看到滿天星空👍🏻

來台東看熱氣球第二次入住.大致說來不錯.房間乾淨.離市中心稍遠(開車需15分左右）停車位不多.可停路邊

風景好，房間正面就是山景，和放鬆的旅程，我很喜歡娜路灣，台東人很熱情❤️
