房間蠻大的，也很乾淨，電視也挺大的還有非常多頻道可以收看。有電梯也是非常方便的。而且每層只有兩個房間也不會太吵。 就是廁所有一點點異味，要在廁所裡面才會聞到，開著廁所門在房間不會聞到，所以不太有影響。 不過從台東火車站要走十分鐘才能到這間民宿，並不是trip.com地圖所顯示的在車站外面。 另外從民宿走到71和全家也只要5分鐘，也挺方便的。推薦大家入住！
