Sheraton Taiyuan

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The valet parking service was excellent. I accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double and wasn't able to change it.

This hotel is perfect for a vacation! I booked a room with executive lounge access. The facilities like the restaurant and pool are excellent, and I particularly liked the sauna in the pool's changing room. The service was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was plentiful, including local specialties. The room was soundproof, the TV supported screen mirroring, and the air conditioning system was quiet and kept a comfortable temperature. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taiyuan.

An absolutely fantastic hotel experience! The moment I arrived, a doorman was already at the entrance to help me with my luggage. Check-in was completed in just five minutes. During my two-day stay, I received a welcome fruit platter, and the bedding was impeccably clean with no water stains in the bathroom. What surprised me even more was how unexpectedly delicious the coffee at the downstairs cafe was. I'm sure this will be my go-to hotel for all future business trips to Taiyuan.

Stayed for two nights and wanted to give a huge thanks to two staff members. First, the male housekeeper on the 7th floor – I'm not sure if I should call him 'big brother' or 'uncle.' He was incredibly efficient, kept the room spotless and tidy, and had an excellent service attitude, truly embodying what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The second person was a beautiful, kind lady, either the Front Desk Manager or Lobby Manager. I went back specifically after breakfast to get her name, but she wasn't there. When a male staff member couldn't resolve my check-out issue, she stepped in proactively and quickly provided a solution. She truly deserves her position! I really appreciate her help. Because of their exceptional service, I will definitely be returning. Also, the special noodles at breakfast were very authentic; I ate them exclusively for two days straight and was very satisfied!

I specifically came to Taiyuan for a concert and chose the Sheraton Taiyuan. The hotel is very close to the concert venue, and the most thoughtful touch was the dedicated shuttle service to and from the concert. This saved me a lot of hassle, as I didn't have to scramble for a taxi or get stuck in traffic after the show. The subway station is right downstairs, making public transport incredibly convenient. Traveling was also stress-free, as both Taiyuan South Station and the airport are only about a 30-minute drive away, perfect for both business trips and attending concerts. The hotel's facilities are top-notch; the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. My entire trip was completely hassle-free, making it ideal for both concert-goers and general travelers. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taiyuan, and I highly recommend it to anyone attending a concert!

My stay was absolutely perfect! The front desk staff handled check-in incredibly efficiently and were just the right amount of friendly. The room details were top-notch: a smart toilet, a mini-fridge for cosmetics, and multi-spec charging ports. The bathroom was spotless, with a clean and refreshing wet/dry separation. Breakfast featured local specialties like lamb offal soup and freshly shaved noodles, all tasting authentically delicious. The concierge proactively helped with my luggage, providing thoughtful and discreet service. The high-floor view from the room was truly healing. Overall comfort far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

This was my first time in Taiyuan, and since I've always had a great impression of Sheraton, I chose the Sheraton Taiyuan again! And it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel's facilities are all very new, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Every day, the breakfast's special noodles changed, offering variety! As for the service, it was thoughtful, attentive, and prompt. Housekeeping noticed I had a child and proactively provided kid's toiletries. They also saw that I enjoyed taking baths and provided disposable bath liners, making my stay very pleasant and comfortable! I want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Cao Xuelan from housekeeping and another young gentleman from housekeeping whose name I didn't get to ask. They made me feel the historical charm of Taiyuan and their professional and thoughtful service throughout my stay!

My stay was fantastic. The staff at the breakfast restaurant proactively helped me carry my noodles to my table. The front desk staff, knowing my flight was delayed, extended my check-out time, which made me feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taiyuan.

I have to give a shout-out to Hu, the front desk associate who checked me in! His service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. I had originally booked a basic room, but he proactively and kindly upgraded my room type. He was patient and gentle throughout the entire process. The room itself was very comfortable, and the executive lounge offered a wide variety of delicious food and drinks in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. This was an absolutely fantastic stay, and I'll definitely be back because of his exceptional service!
