We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Hotel Taiyuan! This elegant hotel impressed us with its stylish decor and top-notch service. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and packed with modern amenities. The staff were warm and attentive, making our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this luxurious gem in Taiyuan!

Location is great as well as the hotel’s aesthetics.
Though there is no English speaking service even at the restaurant and communication was tough even if the personnel was kind and trying to help out.
For an hotel chain I’d expect a sufficient level of english.

everything was perfect until the last moment. rooms were clean and staff were friendly. was prepared to give a perfect review until the breakfast before checking out. the staff in charge of the noodle station was poor. promised everyone to make noodles and went missing after leading to an extremely long line and when pushed by the manager, he begrudgingly came out and made the noodles with a poor attitude. spoilt the perfect experience. will still recommend this hotel as it is clean and comfortable.

Brand new hotel with a great location. Right on the subway station, close to the airport, high speed train station. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance.
The staff is very professional and helpful. Especially the front desk, and room service.
10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

1. TaiYuan MRT Line 2 exit side by side with hotel main door. so very easy to take this MRT from South to Central or North.
2. Hotel all staffs from check in counter, restaurant staffs all can remember what's we drink coffee on day before, we are so surprised and always show all smiles .
3. Breakfast are many items to select and very good. we are so enjoying this hotel.
4. We would like to back this hotel when we travel to TaiYuan on next time.
