設施一般，不像是三鑽賓館該有的，剛進衞生間看見放香皂的地方有一根頭髮（見圖3），給人一種衞生很差的印象。前台服務員業務不熟練，前一天在攜程上又訂了一天，服務員就是找不到訂單，結果又打電話説了訂單號才找到了。位置離柳巷商圈比較近，挺方便的。房間隔音很好，兩層窗户

酒店位置很好，離食品街，柳巷，鐘樓街都很近，逛街吃飯很方便。酒店後院可停車，方便自駕。由於我訂的房間樓層較低，房間潮味很重，通風不好，馬桶蓋鬆動，衞生一般。

西山酒店交通便利，因為想去山西博物院，晉商博物院，山西地質博物館，山西圖書館等，選擇了鐘樓街附近的酒店，酒店乾淨整潔，儘管設施稍微有點舊，但是一樓餐飲，早點，後院停車，樓上住宿都很方便。帶孩子玩的好，吃飯也方便，樓下就是柳巷和鐘樓街，晚上散步，乘涼都很舒服。鐘樓街西餐和上海飯店，還有山西飯館都非常好吃。

酒店是個老酒店，不過服務還是可以的。位置簡直是絕了，離步行街太近了，玩一天晚上回來吃飯逛街很方便。就是酒店空調聲音好大有點影響休息。
