After all, the location is superior, and Wenhua is considered the highest-level hotel in the Wanda system besides Ruihua. But I didn't expect this place to surprise me. The hygienic conditions are extremely poor, the attitude of some service staff is rude and unreasonable, the connection between various departments is not in place, etc., and management problems appear frequently. We originally booked for 2 nights, but also decisively chose to check out on the second day. 1. When I arrived at the hotel, the security guard in the parking lot just waved his hand and directed me to move on without asking. I rolled down the car window and asked him why he didn’t let me in. He replied that there was no room. At this time, a car came out of the exit. I asked again if I could enter. The other party said in a very bad manner that he had not been notified and could not enter, and asked me to move on. Walk. I asked him the exact location of the parking lot, and impatiently told me to just go ahead. Then we continued to move forward. Unexpectedly, there was no entrance to the parking lot. We had no choice but to call the hotel through Ctrip, and the hotel asked me to return to the original parking lot. The entrance is Wanda Plaza, and it was during the evening rush hour, so it was very congested. The short distance of a few hundred meters caused us to wander outside for another hour before arriving at the hotel. 2. When checking in, I specifically asked the closing time of the swimming pool at the front desk, and was told that it was 11 o'clock in the evening. After eating, we took the children to the swimming pool. Unexpectedly, before 10:30, the service staff drove us away, saying that the venue would be cleared at 10:30. I asked him to confirm the specific closing time with the front desk, but he turned away angrily. And when there are people in the swimming pool, the disinfection instrument is put into the water. After seeing it, many parents hurriedly let their children go ashore. 3. The obsolete facilities and equipment are understandable, but the hygienic situation is really unreasonable, and it can be described as dirty. The corners of the room are full of dust that has not been cleaned for many years, the faucet is full of water stains, and there is no detailed cleaning at all. The floor in the elevator is sticky. The most intolerable thing is the locker room in the fitness center, which is not as good as an ordinary bathing center. 4. I don’t know how other rooms are. The shower room in the room I live in still has potential safety hazards. The actual switch direction of hot and cold water is opposite to that marked. The above situation was also reported to the lobby manager during the stay, and I hope it will change in the future.
