酒店非常好，工作人員非常負責，出去看比賽有東西落在酒店房間了，又來不及回房間拿，工作人員很認真很耐心地和我打視頻幫我找東西，最終及時拿到了需要用的東西，叫跑腿騎手去取的時候也和我確認是否是我叫人去拿的才把東西給騎手，很負責，非常感謝！下次來太原還會住這裏的！

由於訂的別的酒店出現了特殊情況，無法繼續入住，攜程的酒店管家左左幫忙聯繫選擇了這家酒店，左左特別熱心，點贊表揚。金融家園房間很乾凈，每天還會送小零食，雖臨主街，但是隔音好，很安靜，夜景也美！自助早餐特別棒，種類多，孩子吃的很開心，服務人員很專業很熱情！酒店的地下停車場免費，離柳巷、鐘樓街、食品街很近，可步行過去，下次來還會選擇這裏。

除了位置， 其他一言難盡。 樓道，房間裏一股二手煙味， 空調不製冷，十月份的朝陽房間也很熱。 給前台打電話，平均五次接一次。 介紹裏有浴缸，起碼商務房沒有。 服務員，除了少部分稱職，大部分屬於標準老國企敷衍型。

酒店外觀氣派高大，房間也很大，乾淨衞生，設施齊全。位置優秀，核心地段，出行方便。以後再來太原的話，還願意住宿這家酒店。
