Atour Hotel (Taizhou Liuyuan)

I have stayed in many Yaduo hotels across the country and I really like its bookish atmosphere. As a result, Taizhou Liuyuan Yaduo gave me an experience that I couldn’t imagine but couldn’t do. A family of 10 people came to Taizhou to play. I chose this hotel for its scenic advantages. 4 rooms of various types, staying for two days. I have a very young baby, so I deliberately chose a 30-square-meter double bed room with a wooden view. Two adults and two children stay. Not only is the room on the top floor, there is no elevator, so you have to walk one floor. At around 11 o'clock that night, I noticed that the noise in the room seriously affected my sleep. I turned off the air conditioner, but there was still a lot of noise. Contacted the front desk and was immediately told that it was a problem with the rooftop heat pump equipment and could not be solved. There was no way to complain. As a result, adults and children were kept awake almost all night by the noise. It was the kind of resonant sound that could still be heard through headphones. The waiter came up to communicate the next day and said that he received the complaint at 6 a.m., which meant that he came to complain after sleeping. I agreed to change the room, but after all kinds of pushback, I said it was an upgrade. In the end, I got a smaller room with a large bed and a balcony. 😡 Excuse me, the weather is in the 20s, why don't you give me a bigger room and a balcony? Can I sleep on the balcony? ! He said he would give me two breakfasts and a gold card. We came to experience Thai morning tea, and we booked a private room in the Huibin Building for the next morning. Who would have it in the hotel? Just refuse and ask if there is a better way to compensate? This probably angered the manager surnamed Hu, who was either away or off work. Anyway, he didn’t show up for two days. The store manager was "always on business trips" and never refused to negotiate. The answer given by the front desk was "The manager's reply may make you angrier" and even more speechless... On the second night, two 70+ elderly people found a pillow covered with small flying insects in their room. The scene was extremely shocking. I called the front desk and said they were taking photos to keep evidence, but in fact they were destroying the evidence. I changed rooms at 22:00 in the middle of the night. When we young people learned about the situation and went to the front desk to negotiate in the morning, they said they didn't know, no. I can’t help but ask, is this still the Atour hotel I have always chosen to stay at? Only if you can't think of it, Atour can't do it. The picture above shows the bugs still on the bed the next day. Well, Taizhou Liuyuan Atour gave me a "new" change in my opinion of Atour. I appeal to friends who want to stay at this hotel to refer to my negative review! ! !

作為亞朵的粉絲，全國的亞朵連鎖住過不少，第一次用長篇來評價泰州柳園亞朵。泰州柳園亞朵酒店，是亞朵酒店體驗最差的一家，沒有之一。 第一:房型和介紹的完全不符！提前一週預訂的高級大床房，當天酒店前台來電詢問幾點入住，回答18:00左右到達。自以為酒店服務很到位，來電詢問抵達時間，不想到達後不僅提供的房間是一樓，且房間衹有小半扇窗而且還是對着內部員工走廊的盡頭，整個房間昏黑暗，房間空氣渾濁不流通，與介紹的房型內容完全不一致。去前台要求換一間房，得到的回覆:全部滿房，衹有這一間了。那為何致電時候就應該告知酒店今天是滿房，房間先到先得，晚到可能房型不是很理想，不理解提前致電的意義何在？！就是為了理所當然可以安排最差的房型給晚到客人嗎？（入住的三天衹要進房間就像被關進小黑屋） 第二:服務意識不強，處理能力差。所謂硬件條件不行可通過軟性的服務來彌補。但酒店在處理很小的一件事情時，應變能力真的無話可説……入住第二天傍晚外出就餐時下雨了，房間裏沒有雨傘，問前台借傘，回覆:前台雨傘已借出沒傘。與前台商議是否有其他借傘的途徑？可以問員工借或者去騰空的房間看看是否有傘？回覆:沒有，房間是客房部的事情，和前台無關！並加了句:酒店21:30後可以提供免費粥。換言之，客人雨天不用出去用晚餐了，等着21:30後的喝酒店的免費粥？！太可笑了，在本人的一再堅持下終於去問所謂的老闆借了把傘……本來是亞朵粉，家裡同時也購買了亞朵床品，並將亞朵推廣給各界友人....但泰州柳園亞朵酒店讓我體驗極差，這和亞朵的企業文化完全格格不入。 4顆星的環境是給了這個酒店的地理位置，出行方便

五分好評，酒店位置很好，馬路對面就是柳園。附近很多餐廳，步行可達梅園、古街。出門往右一里地有家欒氏烤鴨淮陽菜，性價比很高。前台服務員很禮貌，早餐比較精緻。唯一打的4分是淋浴房裡面積水，打電話去前台送拖鞋，大概過了20分鐘左右才送到。

開在歷史建築中的酒店，地理位置鬧中取靜，彷彿置身民國的豪宅裏，酒店自帶觀景露台，可以享受一杯下午茶，附近全是飯店，過了馬路就是柳園公園，有綠樹有河有古蹟，生態特別好！酒店裡什麼都有，設施堪比星級酒店，另外前台小姐姐粥粥温聲細語，服務態度非常好！下次一定還入住這裏

五星給服務，很周到，有求必應。會提前聯繫如果開車會引導如何進入，並給小朋友準備了小童洗漱，去老街借了自行車挺方便。酒店不大，但也能看出佈置的用心。早餐不算多，但是品質都還不錯。乾絲，魚湯餛飩和燒賣都很好吃。酒店大樓可能原先不是酒店改造的，所以隔音稍微沒那麼好，不過還好安排的比較靠裏還是比較貼心的。月月服務不錯。

亞朵品質還是有保證的。入住前一天小蕾同學主動加了微信，發送了停車位置和泰州攻略，讓人非常驚喜。衞生方面來説，作為17年的酒店，設施雖然算不上新，還是打理的很乾凈的。房間很大，作為水韻泰州，確實不缺水，洗澡水也很大很舒服。美中不足（對我來説），床太軟了，我個人沒那麼喜歡軟床。酒店位置很好，到老街，會賓樓等等都是2km不到，走走也能走到。開車也很方便，酒店有停車場，車位很多，離開報一下車牌號就免費了。
