First room I got was smelly, but they were very quick to change it for a new one with no problem. Breakfast is OK with some variety. A good hotel overall, will definitely come back.

The room service brought us apples in the evening which is very sweet. The breakfast was great too!

1⃣️跨年夜凌晨入住的，當天酒店有很多人，到的時候因為是新車酒店停車場閘門不開，朋友下車去溝通，前台説車停滿了不讓進去，讓我停到別的地方去自己安排。我下車去詢問，免費停車是酒店提供的服務，如果停車場滿，酒店應當提供相對應的服務，碰到過很多滿員的酒店第一次碰到不讓停車的。最後放進去裏面還有地方停車，這點非常不滿意！
2⃣️訂房的時候用積分換了房型升級，並且訂單處於房型升級已確認的狀態，前台説沒房了不給升，然後平台上升一級的房間又還能定，最後客服幫忙處理，夜間值班的前台服務態度非常差！
