總體來説，性價比高
裝修：白金漢宮土豪風格，一看就沒少砸錢
淋浴：最贊，配這個淋浴房價值回700
早餐：一般，咖啡是三合一，這個咖啡看房價值300
電視：老舊，很小，和房間的大形成鮮明對比
服務：很贊，進入房間發現小櫃子裏面有垃圾，房務和前台立刻積極處理，態度很誠懇，酒店在經營服務方面可圈可點，客户體驗不錯

酒店的環境及位置都是非常好的。設施都很新，房間很大，停車有地上地下，都是免費的。前台張娟很細心熱強。酒店離景區老街、鳳城河及幾個著名早茶店（海棠春、古月樓）驅車幾分鐘就到了，老街北端有專門停車場。總之住這家酒店，性價比很高，出行很方便，道路交通順暢，來泰州還會住這家酒店的

因為希爾頓沒有房間了，才在攜程上看到了鵬欣，沒想到卻是意外的驚喜，價格實惠，給了我們15樓的兩間房，一南一北望出去的風景也是截然不同。第二天早上還拍到了美麗的雲彩。房間乾淨整潔，該有的生活用品都有，還送了歡迎水果，總之性價比很高。前台的張姓領班服務熱情周到，點贊！

第二次預訂。早上九點辦理入住，告知攜程上的必須下午下午過後才能預訂，如果要辦理入住必須按照原價588付款，這不是坑人麼。第一次也是早上辦理入住的攜程就可以用，這麼大個酒店店大欺客

住過很多酒店，自己也是從事酒店行業的，説一下這次入住優缺點吧。
缺點
①前台辦理入住時，告知有預訂，拿到我的證件第一時間沒有和我確認我此次入住房型是否含早，是否有特殊要求，比如樓層，是否無煙。沒有告知酒店早餐在哪裡用餐以及用餐時間。如果是快捷酒店這些無所謂，但是作為攜程5鑽，不應該
②訂的行政房，沒有任何行政禮遇，就算是簡單的歡迎水果以及迷你吧都是沒有的，更別説行政酒廊。那行政房和普通大床房的區別在哪裡？
③酒店可能是做宴會比較多，地下室車位多但是指引不明確，電梯不需要刷房卡就能上任何樓層。
④酒店配備的拖鞋打開一股臭味，真的無語，直接外賣拖鞋
優點：房間硬件裝修雖然老氣但是保養還行，衞生間智能馬桶，浴缸，漢斯格雅的花灑。
之前回泰州都是住醫葯城附近的萬怡或者日航。相對比而言，還是需要多學習人家的管理理念以及細節服務。
