Room is very spacious and clean. Extremely courteous staff. Meals are good

The hotel is on a small slope, very close to the main street. It is more like a high-end B&B than a hotel. The entire hotel has only eight small villas, and the environment is great. There are also private courtyards, indoor and outdoor private hot springs, and steam rooms.

The food and the service were both very satisfying.

Very nice room with indoor and outdoor onsen. Excellent service. Thank you to all the staff who took care of us perfectly! The dinner and breakfast food was sophisticated and very good.

The dinner was very sumptuous and the service was very attentive. You can walk to the shrine to watch Kagura at night.

The friendly staff, the spacious accommodation environment, and delicious meals made this trip to Takachiho Gorge add countless good memories. If I have the opportunity to visit Takachiho again, I will definitely choose again

Takachiho was not a hot spring, but it had a sauna, which was nice. The staff were very friendly and it's a place I'd like to visit again.

I stayed here for one night while sightseeing in Takachiho. The dinner served in the private room was a wonderful pure Japanese meal. The dining room was very clean and comfortable, probably because it had been renovated, and the taste was impeccable. The breakfast served in the same place was also delicious. The room itself is a little old, but it was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the spacious bath. The work clothes were also nice. It is a "detached" room, so the rooms are literally separate. Most of the staff at the inn are young, and they all work very hard. I don't see many young people when I walk around town, so I was a little surprised to see so many young people there. This is the inn I want to remember first when I visit Takachiho.

念願だった高千穂峡に１５年ぶりに来ました。 ボートにも乗れ、高千穂峡の絶景を真下から堪能出来ました。 それにも増して、今回宿泊した離れの宿神隠れは最高でした。 神話御前も朝食も丁寧な料理で ビールもワインもすすみました🍷 お部屋内風呂に露天風呂、サウナまで 幸せな旅の思い出になりました。 スタッフの皆さまの笑顔の接客ありがとうございました〜🤲🤗

とてもゆっくりできるお宿でした。 内風呂、露天風呂とサウナ、水風呂で整い 見た目と味も最高のお料理で　さらに整いました。 スタッフの皆さんの対応が暖かく、お部屋の説明やお品書きなどが　手書きで可愛いらしく　本当にほのぼのした気持ちになりました。 お酒などのお値段も良心的で　とてもコストパフォーマンスが良いと思います。 残念なお天気で　予定のスケジュールを 変更してしまったので、ぜひまた　高千穂に来たいと思っています。 その際には　神隠れさんに宿泊したいです！

とても雰囲気よく、離れの部屋には個別に風呂サウナあり。従業員の方たちのサービスも素晴らしい！食事も趣向が凝らされとても美味しい。国見が丘も近く、朝日とともに雲海も見れました。また来たい。

スタッフの方全員、とても親切丁寧でした。夜のお食事も、高千穂ならではのテーマでコースが進み、エンターテイメント感もあり、とても美味しく楽しく食事する事ができました。 施設はとても綺麗で、お部屋の露天風呂、サウナも素晴らしかったです。 夜神楽を観に行く為の、高千穂神社までの送迎もありがたかったです。 皆様の温かいおもてなしで心が癒されました。

とーーってもいいホテルでした！ ホテルもスタッフさんも抜群！！ 電話対応の時からとても感じの良いスタッフさんだと思って、いざ来たらやはりとても素敵なスタッフさん達で優しい気持ちになり、心から癒されました！

高級な料理や外装、お風呂も然ることながら、それだけにはとどまらない細やかで日本人然とした気配りが何より嬉しかった。 多くのホテルや旅館に来たがまた来ようと思った数少ない旅館だった。 素晴らしい体験を本当にありがとうございました。
