Accommodation is a small gift, female friends like it, soaking up too little time (because there is only one room, exchange between boys and girls), and the space is very small, making people breathe and change oxygen a little tired. The room space is also very small, two people's luggage is opened, almost full of aisles; Breakfast is rich, semi-self-service, things have to be cleaned by yourself. But it is very close to the station and it is very convenient to take the bus.

The staff was kind and polite. The bed, shower, washbasin and toilet are clean. The washing machine and dryer felt a little old, but it was not functionally problematic. Even after checking out, you can leave your luggage until 22 o'clock, so you can sightsee in a light state. The location is very good, within walking distance of tile town station, and the shopping street is close, so it is not troublesome for food. You can get a map of the surrounding area with the recommended shops.Among the shopping streets, there are many fashionable shops such as ”Machinoshore 963” in the area that will be relatively newly developed. You can also walk to Takamatsu Station. There are two points that I was a little worried about. One is that there is no shelf that can put a smartphone in the bed space. There is a gap between the mattress and the bed frame, so you can put things there. I thought it would be better if there was a shelf that could put small things. The other one is quite fine, but the key holder corner of the locker key is pointed and painful... I was a little scared... There was a little concern, but I think it is perfect for sightseeing bases because it is clean and comfortable and the location is good.

Absolutely go ahead and BOOK this gem in Takamatsu as it’s an enormous blessing to find!! Minutes on foot from a train station (Hanazono, which accepts SuiCA FYI) and many great eats, and not only is the WakabaYa website (read it!!) an excellent resource for the different things to do/eat in Takamatsu/Shikoku, but as an extremely experienced traveller the proprietor of WakabaYa, Takeshi-san, has designed the perfect guest house. The house is perfectly clean, the rooms are sunny and delightful, the futons extremely comfortable, the kitchen well-furnished and the washing machine a life saver (and there are clotheslines in the room themselves), and any concerns you may have about a shared bathroom (I know I did due to bad memories from university) should immediately be banished - Takeshi-san offers a free flow of freshly-laundered towels and takes great care that the shower, baths and toilets were pristine (and as a guest I made sure to leave everything in the same way). And a final shout out to Takeshi-san and his beautiful family, who was always ready on hand to respond to any worries, queries and questions I may have. I can happily say that I had a wonderful healing time in Takeshi-san’s lovely guest house and I’m already planning when to return to my new home in Takamatsu :) 若葉屋はすごく綺麗だし、オーナーさんもすごく親切な人だし、いろいろお世話になりました。若葉屋の部屋は明るくて、布団もシャワーも清潔でした。ホームページもわかりやすい。朝に*かけご飯を作るのために、オーナーさんから、オーナーの親戚の稲田に育てたお米も買えて、美味しすぎてたまらなかった。すっかりした七泊を過ごしました。ありがとうございます！

It was very spacious and comfortable in a room with a loft! !! There is also a whirlpool bath, which seems to have taken away the tiredness of traveling. I spent time with a friend, but it was a good room with ample size for families with children. It was good that check-out was not too early at 11 o'clock

Hotel room was great for what I needed, solo traveller wanting something small with a hot bath. Room had 2 single beds and everything you need within the room. The staff member on the front desk spoke brilliant English even though I was prepared to check-in in Japanese. Only downside is the location as a tourist (30 minute walk from town centre). With the art festival happening, most hotels in town were booked out or extremely expensive, so I chose this one. Made things a bit tough to get around but I was happy to use local buses or walk into town.

I stayed at the B&B hotel on the first day of coming to Takamatsu. The hotel is very close to Wading Station. We took a bus from the airport to Wading Station and walked to the hotel for about 5 minutes. Nearby is the sightseeing corridor commercial street. Convenient, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Lilin Park. The hotel has just opened this year, so the whole is very new. We booked a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and can sleep 3 people. The room space is relatively large in Japan. The only downside is that the bath and toilet are outside. Separate, it may not be convenient for people who often have to go to the toilet. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Fortunately, you can buy breakfast as soon as you go out. There are quite a few restaurants. Overall it is good and suitable for multiple people.
