KOKO HOTEL Hidatakayama

Staff were not very hospitable when arriving, just glared at us without saying anything did not help with luggage. Location was about 500m from bus terminal do not recommend to walk if carrying a lot of heavy luggage. Room was smaller than expected. Would be better if they could arrange shuttle bus services.

Room was clean, enough space to open 2 luggages if you rearranged the furnitures. Had an onsen at the lobby floor. We were able to park our car at the 2nd parking space (around 5min walk from the hotel) at a fee of ¥500 per night until 11am on the next day.

Cozy small hotel located slightly away from Takayama station. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is good but the hotel staff have not much participted with guess, therefore I felt a little awkward talking with them or when I need their help.

I’m visit during snowy seasonal. This is view from hotel which super nice. Hotel is clean bed is very comfortable. But should improve for pajamas is very old. The onsen is a bit small but it acceptable as hotel price is reasonable and budget hotel. Nice who are stay many days. Hotel location not too far from bus station.

Its reoomended to stay at this hotel. Location in tge middle between bus station and morning market. Its bigger than any hotel at at tokyo in this price. Front office can speak english. And helpfull. Check out time at 11.00am, but if you still have time to strolling arround before your schedule to go to other city, than you can leave your luggage at this hotel.

Hotel location is good, 5-8 minutes walking distance to the old street, room and toilet is clean, staff are friendly and helpful.
