Characteristic hotel that you absolutely must try if you come to this beautiful town. Large rooms and excellent service. Sleeping on the tatami and enjoying a beautiful onsen is truly a unique experience. I recommend it to everyone, a really positive experience, both the Japanese dinner and the Japanese breakfast were excellent

A truly unique experience to experience the Japanese lifestyle. The staff makes you feel at home. The ladies who follow you are like grandmothers who pamper you. We booked a room with a private rotenburo (due to the many tattoos.. we didn't want to embarrass anyone 🥰) and we enjoyed every single moment. If you are vegan they offer a really rich dinner and breakfast. Well done!!!!

The perfect place for true Japanese tradition. I recommend the home-made meals, in full Japanese style. The indoor Onsen also welcomes tattooed people, limited to enjoy the typical baths of the Rising Sun! I recommend coming here to try the complete Japan experience!

Make a reservation in the small guest room of the main building. In the description of the inn and in the photos, I thought it would be enough for two couples because it was 8 tatami mats but there was a porch, but when I opened the inner shoji, the glass window was covered with paper and I couldn't open it. I was surprised because it looked like an old servant's room. Above all, I can't stop my anger at being seen as a good customer through this room. When I complained, I was told that another room could be prepared for an additional fee. I didn't mind the extra charge, but I couldn't stand being looked down on for a cheap room at first. Although the reviews are high, this inn is not worthy of evaluation considering that it offers such a room to its guests!

Esperienza da fare, struttura molto bella, edificio in pieno stile nipponico e personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo provato sia la cena che la colazione da raccomandare. Il fiore all'occhiello è' l'onsen esperienza assolutamente da fare se sei in Giappone
