It takes less than 5 minutes on foot from Bungotakada Station. It's easy to find as it's on the same street as the station. The facility is behind a hot spring facility called "Hanamizuki", so it's a plus that you can go to the hot spring right away, but it's a bit of a minus that there is a temple and a grave nearby. The landlady at the front desk was kind and the customer service was good. I was given a bath ticket for "Hanamizuki", so I was able to go to the hot spring easily. You need to bring your own body soap and shampoo. I stayed in a single room, which is a little old, but it was spacious and had a sofa so I could relax. The unit bath and toilet are normal. I don't know about the food because I went out, but the food at the izakaya in town was very delicious. I stayed on a normal weekend, but there were a lot of guests. I think you need to make an early reservation during events.
