The hotel is in a good location, located at the entrance of Khaola town. There is a restaurant and a small supermarket in the hotel. The room is my favorite large, wooden structure with Thai characteristics. Breakfast was just average, not many varieties, but you can find surprises. Papaya and mango are too sweet. Rice noodles are delicious. Soy beans and rice are everyone's favorite. The hotel's plants are very good, and the garden layout is exquisite. Wild water lizard squirrels are found everywhere. There are two swimming pools next to each other, the deepest in the front is 1.2 meters and the deepest in the back is 1.6 meters, the advantage is that the field of vision is wide and it can be illuminated. The hotel has a parking lot, and some room types can be booked directly for 3 people, which is cheaper than booking 2 + 1. I went around the hotel and still love Laguna.

The restaurant staff are nice but the management is poor. We celebrated our New Year in the Hotel with boring experience because of poor preparations from the management. Poor coordination between the guests and front desk staff. The resort is not well maintained. We won’t go back here again in the future not unless they will change.

Huge, beautiful property with all the amenities you could want in a resort. Spacious, modern and luxurious rooms, a rock climbing wall, basketball and tennis courts, games rooms, multiple restaurants, swimming pools, kids club and even a mini water park for the kids. Staff were very friendly and professional, food was delicious and the spa treatments were top notch as well. If you are considering a family getaway in khao lak l look no further.

We stayed one night at Morning Hotel. The hotel style reminds me of a Thai Holiday Inn Express, looking so new and super clean and with a similar layout and look. Our room was spartan but decor was really nice with wood look floor and a nice floor lamp to add coziness. The shelving arrangement affords lots of storage space for luggage and to arrange your clothes. Fridge with free water There is no safe. The bed is quite firm and only afterwards did I see another reviewer mentions that staff provided a comforter to make the bed softer. No hot water making in the room, however there is a kitchen for the guests to use downstairs with complimentary tea, coffee, toast, and a micro wave. The owner’s daughter was very kind and helpful to us. She gave us 2 great restaurant recommendations that we loved and are within 1km of the hotel. Currently both these restaurants are not listed on TripAdvisor, but the are clearly popular with locals - thus hidden gems and we did not see foreigners at these restaurants which added to the experience! Lunch - Phan Thai Jai Yen Yen Very famous restaurant chef in the area. Many foreign chefs visit his restaurant - Only open till 16:00hrs so best for lunch Dinner - Krua Nong Michelin award restaurant famous for soft shell crab - Open till around 21:00 or so

Were in this hotel in November 2022, it was better and breakfast and cleaning and water were replenished (although it is also on the floor from the Kuller type, but now a large group of Animators has appeared, though there is practically no sense from them, the children's room, which is still in a separate building does not work, but the animators themselves hang out there (cool), and the children's wretched without anyone (just empty and wretched) room. Receptionist service, very good advice. This stay is a very impressive anniversary. very beautiful room arrangement Clean room amenities, beautiful view room, quiet hotel atmosphere Is resting and sleeping very comfortably The mattress is soft and comfortable. The pillow doesn't let me wake up, haha. The breakfast is delicious, there are a lot to choose from. The chef came to ask, very attentive. super friendly I will go back again
