"We had the pleasure of staying at Sametnangshe Boutique, and though the location is quite remote with not much around except for long-tail boat excursions, the peaceful atmosphere made it worth the trip. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunrise, which you can enjoy right from your room. We stayed in Villa 18, and the views from there were truly stunning—every sunrise and sunset felt like a magical experience, and we have countless photos and videos to remember it by. The service was exceptional, with Nina and the staff going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. While the hotel doesn’t have a spa, it’s important to note that this is a boutique property, not a large resort. Despite that, the peacefulness and the unforgettable views made our stay truly special. If you're looking for a quiet, serene escape with some of the most beautiful sunrises you’ll ever see, Sametnangshe Boutique is the perfect choice. We would definitely return!"

"The hotel itself is fine, but it's a bit unusual, as it boasts two pools with hot spring water, according to the hotel. Therefore, it has its pros and cons. Pros: spacious grounds, private beach, comfortable large rooms, decent service, and a good breakfast. Cons: crowds of tourists come during the day because of the hot springs. There are only 5-6 umbrellas on the beach, and there's limited space by the pools, making it difficult to find a spot. So, there's a beach, but it's not really a beach, as there's nowhere to hide from the sun. There's nothing around the hotel for several kilometers, so you have to rely on the hotel restaurant, which isn't always a good choice in terms of both price and quality. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than 3-4 nights."

"January 30-31, 2026 This was the last hotel of our trip, and we chose it for its beautiful scenery. Because it's in Phang Nga Bay, getting there from Phuket was extra expensive. I hired a 10-seater car from Kata to here for 499 RMB, and from here to Phuket Airport in a 10-seater was 396 RMB. These were all additional expenses. If you're planning to come, I recommend staying here the night before your flight. The hotel was a delightful surprise! After checking in and getting to our room, everyone was instantly wowed by the views of Phang Nga Bay. The family room was also particularly spacious, which we loved. The swimming pool on the fourth floor, although small, is an infinity pool that's perfect for photos. It was also very comfortable to just relax there. The glass walkway is free to enter, and you can go as many times as you like in a day – it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel can arrange longtail boat tours to Phang Nga Bay National Park. Check out the last picture – the 2500 THB package for a private boat is excellent, especially if you have a group. It includes car transfers to the pier. The boatman took us to all the listed attractions, and it was great value for money. We first went to the stalactite cave where you can go kayaking. If there are many of you, remember to bargain. In the end, we felt it wasn't safe and didn't kayak, going straight to James Bond Island instead. Admission to James Bond Island is 300 THB for adults and 150 THB for children aged 3-14. James Bond Island was a fantastic surprise; every shot was a winner. I genuinely loved it. I'm a big fan of Guilin's landscapes, so naturally, I adored the 'Guilin on the Sea.' There's also an itinerary that includes Hong Island. If you're considering it, evaluate the journey. I'd visited from Krabi before. On Hong Island, you can climb to the summit for panoramic views of many small islands, which is absolutely stunning. I personally love Hong Island and have fond memories of it. Now for the downsides: the breakfast was quite simple, with no freshly cooked noodles or similar options, which might not suit Chinese tastes. The chef at the restaurant is good; the pizza and fried chicken wings were delicious, and the steak rice was also very good. However, it was quite expensive, with additional service charges and taxes. We just ate enough to be full. Other reviews are right; the scenery is beautiful, but one night's stay is sufficient. You can't see the sunrise or sunset here as they are obstructed; you can only see the 'fairy mountains' on the sea."

"Dear Management team I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, this visit was not a pleasant experience compared to my previous stays, where I had received clean rooms and excellent service from your staff. On the day of check-in, I made a same-day booking for a double bed room. I understand that availability might be limited for last-minute reservations. Upon arrival, the male staff at the front desk informed me that only a twin-bed room was available that night and asked if that was acceptable. I agreed without any issue and was given Room 558. Another staff member escorted me to the room. After dropping off my luggage, I went out for a walk by the beach and did not inspect the room thoroughly. When I returned and looked for drinking water, I could not find any. I called the front desk to ask if complimentary drinking water was provided. The staff confirmed it was, and said it should be near the closet—but after checking again, there was clearly no water in the room. I also noticed that the room was not clean. There were pine needles on the table, and even termites in several spots. It gave the impression that the room was not ready for guests. When I informed the front desk, they explained that the room was a ”spare room” used for last-minute bookings. I found this quite unacceptable. If the room is not in a proper condition to be sold, it should not be assigned to any guest. I then requested a room change. Initially, I was told the hotel was fully booked. I insisted again, asking if truly there were no other available rooms. After a short wait, the staff informed me that Room 552 was available—also a twin-bed room. I agreed to take a look. When I was taken to Room 552, I found that it actually had a double bed (not twin as I was told) and was slightly cleaner than the previous room. I told the housekeeper I would like to move to this room. After the move, no one from the front desk contacted me to apologize or follow up about the issue. The only gesture I received was from the housekeeper who brought the new room key along with a voucher for one complimentary of drink . I chose not to make a fuss further as I did not want to waste my time during what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of room maintenance and the service provided by your team, especially in handling complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction. "A wonderful hotel! Thank you to the entire team for the friendly and attentive welcome, delicious breakfasts, and magical rooms with soft mattresses and comfortable pillows! If you want powdery soft sand, a clear sea, and privacy, this is the place for you! A wide, approximately 25-meter-long road leads you from the hotel to the beach. The hotel itself is nestled among a pine forest, and all rooms overlook the pool, but the beach is also visible if you look to the side. The hotel is relatively new, with a small number of rooms, yet everything inside is in excellent condition, with great attention to detail. The pool is beautiful and very photogenic. There's a café/bar and two massage stations on the beach (Thai massages are 400 baht). Fresh fruit is also sold, and there are free fold-out chairs—a combination of a lounger and a chair. The nearest 7-Eleven and other shops are in town nearby, so it's ideal if you're on a motorbike or rented car. However, you can easily order a Grab or Bolt; the ride is about 7 minutes each way. You can also exchange currency in town. Breakfast includes drinks (milk, juices, tea, coffee), omelettes/scrambled eggs, various fruits (watermelon, dragon fruit, pineapple), cereal, yogurt—everything is fresh and delicious! For privacy, peace, and relaxation, come here."

And most importantly, our beloved Natai Beach is nearby. The rooms have everything you need for your comfort, and there's a refrigerator in the common hallway with complimentary drinks and snacks."

"This is a truly unique hotel, beautifully designed in an authentic Thai style. In August, it was wonderfully quiet with very few guests, allowing for complete relaxation and a deep connection with nature. The service was excellent, housekeeping impeccable, and the grounds were lush and vibrant, filled with flowering banana trees, orchids, and much more. The private pool and terrace bathtub are perfect for unwinding, making even a rough sea outside feel irrelevant. While there's a fantastic, spacious beach, it's not suitable for swimming during the rainy season – but honestly, with such a lovely hotel, it doesn't really matter. The only thing to note is that there's absolutely nothing else nearby, but that's precisely its charm: to allow you to completely disconnect from the outside world. We absolutely loved our stay."

However, because it's located in Phang Nga Province, the surrounding area is rather ordinary. The beach is okay, but the waves are high, making it unsuitable for swimming. The room's lighting system is complex and requires some learning to operate. The room has a Bose soundbar, which is great for watching TV and listening to music. Overall, if you don't like crowds, this is a highly recommended option. If you prefer a more lively environment, it's better to stay in Patong, Phuket."
