It was not just a hotel room, it was an actual mini efficiency size apartment with its own kitchen with a full size fridge and mini living room. Truly a great price for that space. I didn’t need the kitchen, but I did bring a 1 gallon jug of water with me which doesn’t fit in the typical tiny fridges that are provided in standard hotel rooms, but I was able to keep my 1 gallon jug of water cold since I had the full size fridge. Along with that, the staff were very nice and courteous. It was conveniently located only 5-10 mins away from lots of restaurants, as well as the Capital and Senate buildings. Well worth the money and would gladly stay there again.

Great value. Though the staff was never there, so thankfully we didn’t need help with anything. New place, but construction was not the best. The security bolt on door didn’t go into the wall. The trim by bath and floor was already falling off and the cleaning crew was not as detailed as they could have been. However, for the price and the fact it had a kitchen, I would stay there again.

Room was good. Staff were indifferent and it seemed like they didn’t want to be there. If you need a place to sleep and cook, this works. Security was good too with key card entry to courtyard. Bring your own coffee.

While unit was clean, unit had some maintenance items like loose toilet seat and bathroom doorknob that was about to come off. Need to beef up on the maintenance, strange that these things got through the process. Additionally, common areas were undergoing maintenance but there was "no clean as go" protocol, resulting in foam particles all over the place. A very low overhead operation (example: no staff off hours), and this may be pushing the limit for overall experience. We won't be staying here again.

Outstanding! Great place to stay. The front desk was awesome. First: appreciate the front desk calling to provide check in instructions (we arrived late). Second: when we showed up we need sheet/pillows for the pull out couch. The front desk showed up with what we needed within 3 minutes.

Very nice Place employees were very easy to talk to anything we needed. They got for us good price as well.

The room was not clean and the elevator was also poorly maintained. The tub and shower did not drain properly. While the hotel made an effort with updates, it felt like a cheap attempt to cover up deeper issues. Overall, disappointing stay.

Upper unit leaked my entire stay I sure this has been great for others but I spent 3 days with the air conditioner in the bathroom dripping on my head. I reported it 3 times and nothing. The drip was directly over the commode so I had to resort to taking my umbrella in to use the bathroom. It was ridiculous. You can see the water damage around the unit so this is a long term issue. The inability to address the leak was beyond my understanding and ignoring my asking for help is even more egregious. Here is a thought, if you cannot fix it, just move the guest to another room. If it is not a long term stay, I really do not feel that they care about the guest at all. I do not recommend this place. Save your money, I am sorry I wasted mine.

While I was settling down to my room, management told me that a pipe broke while I was in the shower and was told I will be moved to a new room. I was rushing to repack my things and head to my new room. House keeping didn’t come to my room on Wednesday to clean the room and I wasn’t told when will they be coming in to clean. Most of the time, no one was in front desk to assist me. One thing that I like was the 24/7 hour laundry.
