Cheap tickets who i booked through didn’t give the hotel the money so i had to pay twice. Then got charged double for valet and also got charged for room service which i never ordered.

The ladies at the front desks were super sweet. The 8th floor bar was nice and the hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Remodeled but felt very upscale.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! We were in Tallahassee for a wedding. The staff was so helpful and friendly , the rooms were super clean, and the on site restaurant had delicious food for breakfast and lunch. Valet parking was so convenient and the guys were so friendly and helpful.

The condition of the room was old and the unkempt. The setup of the room was out dated and small. The television was on the opposite wall (not in front of the bed) so viewing was almost impossible. The sink and shower did not drain properly
.The location is advertised as luxury and it is far from it. I was very disappointed with Hotel Duval and will not be staying there again.
The staff was very nice and attentive.

Great experience, very friendly staff, no king beds and a little uncomfortable, however, I believe they are starting renovations in 2024.

Sylvi, front desk was great. Nothing else was. Res. was for 2 beds, room had 1. Bed was small, uncomfortable. The shower was top 3 worst. No pressure, luke warm. At $900 for a night, much much better options. We wanted to like it, and actually canceled another reservation to stay here.
