I am so upset, my partner and I needed a hotel tonight so we booked last minute on trip.com. We got a room and it was a complete disaster, it hadn’t been cleaned at all, there were towels on the counter and the bed was dirty and used. The tables were covered in spills. This is unacceptable. The front desk lady gave us a different room across the hall and it was the EXACT same, except even worse. There were used tissues on the counter.

I booked this with confidence. However, when I needed to change it to a day earlier... I lost my money. They said the hotel had nothing available..however, I went there and they had my very room. I feel cheated by hotel and trip.com. never again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was located in a very convenient location. We ordered food for delivery and it was delivered on time. I enjoyed the pool, it’s a 7.5 foot deep and perfect for swimming. The breakfast was ok, it needed more variety. There’s room for improvement.

I cannot stress enough that everyone should avoid this hotel. I reported finding a bed bug and sent my photos to the manager. She never reached out. No apology, no offer to treat my luggage, no refund, etc. In fact, from other reviews, it appears that this has been a known issue for a few months and she continues to not take it seriously. There is a Google review where someone after my stay also reported finding bed bugs. Because of this, I feel it’s imperative to warn others about this hotel. Bedbugs aren’t something to play about and they certainly don’t go away on their own. Bedbugs aside, the hotel is in major need of addressing its overall cleanliness.

The rooms are not getting cleaned and there is no inspector making sure they are either. Hair was EVERYWHERE the bathroom, the beds, all over the floor. The tub/shower had soap scum where they sprayed products and never got them up. The tv in one of our rooms was cracked so I definitely know the housekeeper didn’t check when she cleaned the rooms. Front desk put us in a room where the key didn’t work and every time we left and came back they had to come let us in. It was HORRIBLE.

We arrived at the Hotel at about 7:30. We weren't able to check in and was asked to return in an hour. The stay was ok, due to the door needed WD-40 was very loud on opening and closing, One of the bedside lamps was missing, There was rust around the lamp, mirror, and the bed frame. Breakfast is 7-10. It was 09:46 when the staff announced that they would begin breaking down in 5 minutes. The staff proceeded to rush paying guest to leave with their breakfast in hand which was totally unacceptable. This does not exude customer service or Hospitality!

No shower curtain in the first room,No television in the second room. Unfriendly staff. There was no one at the desk when we checked out, so we couldn’t get a receipt. Key card had to be reprogrammed every time it was used.Cleanliness was questionable.

I was looking for a budget friendly single night stay in an area I routinely travel to but found a gem! Room was huge, modern decor, big screen tv, comfy bed, great breakfast, great staff. I can’t believe I haven’t stayed here before! Hope they don’t raise the prices because of this review!

The room entry door had gaps on the side and bottom,which seemed to be a breech of safety.The linens had light stains on them as well as the curtain. The window view was blocked by a tree. There was no microwave. Not enough pillows. Not enough noise reduction between walls and hallway.

Awful experience and I never complain! I will be calling the corporate office. The owners are negligent! The hotel staff are amazing , thoughtful and resolved all issues. However, this goes back to leadership, the owners. This is not the same Wyndham experience i have been afforded at other corporate owned Wyndhams! This hotel is privately owned and the owners need to do better. Consider other hotels in Tallahassee!

Disgusting doesn’t even begin to describe this filthy old dilapidated property. Stay at a motel six it’ll be a better value. I typically stay in Hilton properties, not necessarily high-end, but Hilton properties nonetheless, They are always nice properties

The front desk staff was welcoming and courteous. The facilities need an UPGRADE! The curtains had mold/mildew. The carpet was stained and dirty. The room lighting was poor. The tub had ceramic peeling and stains. The rooms are cleaned by request or every 3 days. Our request was never honored. The phone in the room didn’t work. I used my hotspot because the wi-do was slow and kept crashing. Every day I asked for fresh towels and was told “check back in the morning. I was then told “we ran out”! The breakfast was a hot meal. The sausage links could have been steamed longer—-they were grey in color and not brown. That color threw me off too! The layout is quirky—to get to the elevator to access you room, you take the stairs, a handicapped lift or go outside to a side entrance. I paid $250/night….I had to use my hotspot because of the unstable connection in my room…the rooms are cleaned every 3 days or upon request. I requested to have my room cleaned….it wasn’t cleaned. I also tried using the phone and realized it wasn’t working!! DO BETTER IN 2024!

AAA gave the property 3 stars. That rating is very generous. In fact, it should be 2 maybe 2 and a half. Several of the amenities (business center, WIFI) listed as part of the description were not available. The posted pictures were deceiving as our room had obvious signed of calcium buildup in the bathroom. The newest items in the room were the TV, mini fridge and iron.
