My stay was good! However, when we returned to our room in the evening, it was not cleaned, persons who previously stayed left half filled drinks in the refrigerator. We threw the items in the trash, of course the room wasn’t cleaned. The last item was a $20.00 charge to my credit card I left for incidentals, we had none. We typically stay there when we visit my dad, however I am not so sure anymore.

I stayed in a connecting room and I could hear everything going on in the room next door. Other than that I loved the property. Staff was friendly.

The receptionist who checked us in was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and safe. The hotel is located near dining options and pharmacies in case of last-minute items or medicine needed. I wish it had more firepits for the cold nights but overall it was great.

During shower, no hot water, then no water. Water pressure went to zero and all i saw was a trickle. Shower leaked into main area, sink was clogged. Beds were good, room was large and comfortable.

We selected this hotel as it has electric vehicle chargers (EV Chargers). Well, they do have chargers, but there is no way to charge your vehicle for two reasons: 1) all the chargers are broken, even the two Tesla chargers 2) Most of the time we were there, large trucks were parked in the EV charger parking spots, and no-one in the hotel seems to care.
The hotel is poorly maintained; the rooms and bathrooms are "run down," the shower curtain is hanging partially off the wall, the hot water takes forever to come warm, and the refrigerator is entirely rusty and dirty.
Do not come here, especially if you have an EV!!

Everything went well! The room was clean and smelled refreshing. The front desk staff ( young men)were polite and professional, i should have gotten their names. Breakfast was good, guest needs to realize it's self service(buffet style) Overall I would stay at this hotel again as long as it was like the service I received again.
