The room is clean and comfortable. The location is great. It’s right on the edge of the old town with easy access to public transportation as well. The breakfast is healthy and varied.

It is not a 5 star hotel. Since January it is a 4 star hotel. But for this service I would only give 3 stars. First the room was too small, tiny. There was no room to put my suitcase on the floor. The furniture was old, scratched and some corners were broken. The sliding door of the closet didn't work. We had no shower gel. Everything was cheap. Tubes of shampoo, conditioner and etc. - only 1 for 2 people. I had to ask for them to give me more. Breakfast was more than modest. Not a big selection. There is only one person at reception during the day. No more staff. I had to carry my heavy suitcase up 6 or 7 steps to the elevator myself. There is nothing in the hotel - no sauna, swimming pool etc. The restaurant was only for breakfast. No free airport transfer. Only plus - proximity to the old town.

From the room window, you can see the old city wall, and the worn and concave marble stairs show the traces of time. Located next to the old city. The room is fully equipped and clean.

It was a surprise day. The hotel upgraded me to a room for free. The room was on the highest floor. The hotel staff helped me carry my luggage to the room. The room came with a written welcome card, a fruit plate, drinking water, and an easel for painting. , the scenery outside the window is also very good, a very satisfying accommodation experience!

The room will be obviously smaller but fortunately it is fully equipped. What is not acceptable is that there is some peculiar smell on the towels and bath towels. The staff are relatively friendly and the quality of the breakfast is passable.
