In have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, It was my first experience to say in hotel with self service "reception". So, I would say that procedure to check in and get a code was quite simple, no concern at all. More less good location, there is quite big supermarket in walking distance called "Maxima", beautiful park "Kadriorg" close to hotel. the room itself was clean but the bed was extremely small which makes uncomfortable sleep for two persons. In general the hotel is good for the value you paid.

Nice hotel, had a few bumps on the road before getting to check in. But it all sorted out after a phone call to the hotel staff. To check in and check out myself was a new experience for me, quite easy after the "road bumps". Lovely room with a balcony. A bus stop not far away from the hotel so it was easy to move around in Tallinn.
