Ishq Talpe

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ishq Talpe. The beachfront location is fantastic, with beautiful ocean views and a relaxed atmosphere that immediately puts you into holiday mode. The villa is stylish, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. The attention to detail and the cleanliness of the villa put us at ease for a large group. We valued the privacy and exclusivity the most! The hospitality was exceptional, and every meal was delicious. From morning coffees and local breakfast overlooking the sea to spectacular sunsets, everything about our stay was memorable. We would happily return as a family and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka’s south coast.

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at Ishq Talpe. The villa itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and perfectly spacious for a group vacation. Waking up to ocean views and the sound of the waves felt like pure luxury. What truly sets this place apart is simply the incredible hospitality. Nishantha and the entire team were warm, attentive, and effortlessly thoughtful. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and made us feel completely at home. The food was another major highlight. Every meal was phenomenal, from the authentic Sri Lankan dishes to the incredible pastas. Whether you want to relax in a peaceful beachfront setting or use it as a base to explore Galle and Unawatuna, this villa is perfect. The whole family enjoyed every minute. We highly recommend it and cannot wait to return!

Stayed at Ishq Talpe recently for 3 nights and had a genuinely great experience. The villa has a very peaceful, private atmosphere and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as pictured. What stood out most was the staff - friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without feeling over the top. The pool area and overall vibe of the place made it very easy to switch off and unwind. A must try from the menu is the Galle Crab Curry. I had it with their garlic rice and it was the best crab I've ever had. Kudos to the chef! Definitely one of the nicer stays down south and a place I’d happily return to.

What a dream place! This stunning villa is without a doubt a 10/10. The bedrooms are beautifully designed, calm and peaceful, the staff are friendly and attentive without being over the top, the food is sublime and the ocean views are spectacular. It's the perfect south coast spot for a relaxing trip with friends or family! Do not miss it!
