"Had a great time and enjoyed some truly stunning views 😍 The staff were lovely and friendly but at times had to request or remind them about certain things, perhaps because we’re South Asians as most guests seemed to be Western. Some amenities listed such as toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and a razor were not provided which was a little disappointing considering the price paid. Also noticed a few stains on the toilet floor and white curtains though it wasn’t a major issue. The breakfast buffet was good but wish there had been more variety. Overall had a lovely and memorable stay and really enjoyed the trip with my best friend."

"Sielen Diva is in an excellent position, far enough back from the coast road and looking across a pleasant swimming pool and lawn and down to a sandy beach. George, the manager, could not have been more helpful and the rest of the staff were charming too. Breakfasts and cocktails were outstanding. The fortress at Galle is just a short tuktuk ride away. The rooms are spacious, modern and with great sea views."

"Walking into this beautiful property through two very big gates and the first view you see is a beautiful long pool and past the pool you are looking at the ocean. It’s a stunning entrance. Our room was huge with outdoor shower and bathroom which was fantastic. The staff Sanjeewa, Kawmadi, Chef Sampath, Chef Pubudu and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful. The service they provide is out of this world. The food has been outstanding for all meals with lots to choose from. They have all made our stay here amazing. Would highly recommend anyone coming to Sri Lanka to be spoilt by this wonderful group of people."

"We booked this hotel for one night (check-in 27th Dec 2025, check-out 28th Dec 2025) four months in advance (28 Aug 2025), knowing how difficult it is to find accommodation for a large group during the December peak season. A 50% deposit was paid at the time of booking. We were a group of 12 people (10 adults and 2 children) and had reserved the entire hotel specifically for a quiet and relaxing stay. However, when we arrived at the hotel on 27th Dec to check in, the front desk staff (Afker) informed us that all rooms were occupied by other guests. Even after showing our booking confirmation email and WhatsApp chat history, the staff member was reluctant to acknowledge our reservation. We had to argue and repeatedly explain the situation before he finally admitted that the mistake was on their end. The staff then attempted to find alternative accommodation nearby, but this was extremely difficult due to the peak season. Eventually, we managed to secure another place ourselves, but it was well below our expectations. The hotel refunded our deposit, however, we requested compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused, but nothing has been confirmed from their end so far. This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing, especially given the advance booking and deposit paid. I strongly recommend double-checking and reconfirming your booking with this hotel before arrival, as our confirmed reservation was not honoured."

"We had the most incredible 5 night stay with our family. The whole place is stunning. The staff are delightful, so kind, thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. Our 2 boys (8 & 5) had a great time in the pool everyday! Location is super handy for Unawatuna and Galle Fort. We could not fault it. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We'll be back!"
