The location is also a dream for every surfer, as the famous beaches Playa Tamarindo, Playa Grande and Playa Langosta are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Make yourself at home in this tastefully decorated and fully equipped accommodation. Out of the hustle and bustle, but still super centrally located, you will find everything you need for a short or longterm stay in this 2-bedroom house. The air-conditioned open living, dining area with workplace and 100 Mbps Internet connection ensures that you can also do everything important from here. The two bedrooms are also air-conditioned and give you the (usually) necessary cooling at night. In the garden you will find your private pool area with sun loungers, as well as an outdoor shower. The covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and gas grill is perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or family. You will also find a fully equipped second bathroom. The beach, supermarkets and banks can be reached within a few minutes of walking. Further important information: You get access to the entire property, although there are areas that are closed for storage purposes. 🧼 For stays of at least 14 days or longer, a weekly cleaning is included. 💦 The pool maintenance takes place 3 times a week between 16:00 - 18:30. 🌿 The gardener comes by regularly to take care of the garden maintenance. 🦎 Costa Rica is home to a great diversity of animals, so insects are also part of the flora and fauna and are part of life here.
