This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I wasn’t able to check in until 4.5 hours after the designated check in time, the room was dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work. And I would have had to wait even longer had I not agreed to take an inferior room, which they did not provide any comps for. Other guests that I spoke to had similar experience. Horrible stay.

Old furniture, the rooms should definitely be renovated.
We were given another room that was different from our reservation and when we wanted the room we had reserved we were charged $80.
Nice and convenient location. But next time I will choose a different hotel.

The parking guy's service is very good. I forgot my mobile phone in the car. I went to pick it up in the car as soon as possible. The service of the front desk staff is average. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, but the room hygiene is average, the aging is serious, and the bathroom is very dirty

Reserved grand suite w riverview at $600 night. No heat in room and cold snap. Torn, dirty carpet. No riverview but told again it faced river but too low a floor so virw was of roof. I’ve had better rooms in 100 night motels.

First of all, the room was nice and clean along with the balcony. TV was nice and big and looked new. However it didn't have a channel guide on it or could the front desk provide one. So it was change the channel, wait for the program to come on, repeat. The other problem was the fact the weather was 55 outside and we had no heat. The thermostat had no power. Called front desk and they said they will send someone up. So wait an hour and a half then call again. Wait an hour and a half and then call again. Finally got someone to fix it in 5 minutes. Got heat for about an hour then the thermostat went out again. This time it only took 15 minutes to get him back. Also there's no parking so you have to use valet at 40 per day.

Brand new staff person at check in and not able to give me the WiFi password. Really just a training thing. She was very pleasant and will be fine.
The taco Tuesday special in the restaurant was cold and tasteless. Served with lemon instead of lime. However there was a very good side salad.

The staff was super nice to us. Check in went well for us as they let us check in an hour early. But the rest of my party didn’t have such a smooth check in. Rooms where not available till after 4 and one couple was told not till 445 and we were leaving for our event at 450 so they had to use one of our rooms to chance and get ready.

The staff were excellent. Great service. The hotel is in decline. The carpets were filthy, the elevators need maintenance, just signs of general disrepair. The food you get in the restaurant is horrible.
This hotel is in a great location and charge as if it is a high end place. For the prices they charge it should be in excellent shape.
