No no never again!!! The only thing good about this hotel is the bartender, Jimmy. And that is NOT what you pay the big bucks for a Westin for!

Sold my room I got a suite but once I came I had two twin beds so they had switched me to a regular king room but I paid for a jr suit I had to wait next day to get my room that I paid for and I still didn’t get my view like I paid for

I told staff it was my birthday and they gave me a sweet card and snacks in my room. This was very nice of them! My room had a nice view of Tampa Bay. The bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable! The room and halls were clean, but basic and kinda dated looking, not necessarily luxury. It was comfortable and clean so I didn't have any complaints.

Great place. Very clean, staff were so kind and friendly. The guy who hands out the tickets to park on the night of 1/20 was so nice (didn't catch his name ), only issue is one of the towels had some stains; everything else was very clean.

Restaurant service can improve greatly , you need more people working and serving.
Could not have breakfast because they were only serving the buffet and we wanted a la carte . Most tables were con clean and nobody seem to be taking care of the place.

This property is well taken care of... it's clean and the staff is really nice. There is a starbucks on the main lobby floor which is nice to have.

The rooms are very outdated and need maintenance. We scheduled for daily housekeeping which never occurred.
