Relatively old. Breakfast was average. It's convenient to be close to the airport. There are also shopping malls nearby. Much more convenient.

Transportation to Tampa Airport is relatively inconvenient unless you rent a car. This hotel is very close to the airport and relatively cheap. It is suitable for passengers with early flights. However, if you are more particular, you may consider a hotel with three stars or above with better reviews.

The attitude of the waiters is very good, and shopping in the surrounding area is quite convenient. There is a small supermarket 12 minutes away where you can buy meat, vegetables and other daily necessities. You can cook and eat by yourself when you return to the hotel. However, there are no chairs around. The disadvantage is that there is a walking distance around. There is no place to sit. The overall feeling is pretty good.

The young lady at the front desk is wonderful. Her name is Machi she worked with me in every way. When I called this morning she recognized my voice and was so pleasant. She answered my every question and was very helpful. Your hotel is very lucky to have her

Terrível !!! Fujam deste local... O café da manhã é só um café e um único tipo de bolacha!! Não tem um único secador de cabelo, nem na recepção!!! Pedi para utilizar a piscina às 20h, e a atendente disse que estava fechada, mas 20:30h passei no local e tinham várias pessoas na piscina... Deixei uma mala alguns dias antes, na recepção, para guardarem até a data da minha estadia e pasmem, sumiram 2 travesseiros de pescoço!! Fujam deste hotel, seguramente vão encontrar melhores na região, até porque o local parece ser bem perigoso!!! Terrible!!! Avoid this place... Breakfast is just coffee and a single type of cookie!! There isn't a single hairdryer, not even at reception!!! I asked to use the pool at 8pm, and the attendant said it was closed, but I went there at 8:30pm and there were several people in the pool... I left a suitcase a few days before, at reception, to keep until the date of my stay. And amazingly, 2 neck pillows disappeared!! Avoid this hotel, you will certainly find better ones in the region, especially because the place seems to be very dangerous!!!

If I could rate less than one I would! My sister and I spent one night here because of its close proximity to the auto rental return at Tampa airport. Other reviews were not great but seemed good enough for a quick one night stay. We were astonished to find it seems to be some kind of homeless shelter. Upon checking in, we did a google search and found numerous reviewers saying the same. The first thing we did was check the room and bed for bugs. I took a picture of an electric socket hanging out of the wall. There are no kitchen supplies of any kind in the room; only 2 small plastic glasses wrapped in plastic. The customer needs to put in an “order request” for anything of that sort. We debated leaving but we only needed a place to sleep since our plane left early and didn't want to start another search for the one night. We didn't feel the safest, but our room was the last at the end of the hall so we didn't expect much foot traffic there. We woke up at some point in the middle of the night to loud banging somewhere near our door. We were relieved to check out and would never put ourselves in that situation again. The only good thing about our entire experience was Celine who was the front desk clerk. She is outstanding - the best thing they have there and I think she could do so much better for herself at a "real" hotel. When we first arrived, she was vacuuming and then offered to make sure our room was ready for us. She is so pleasant and accommodating and certainly works hard to give the best service she can which is saying something because she obviously has very little to work with at this place.

Not fancy, a place to refresh, and sleep. Next morning, not full continental breakfast, but you have coffee if you need it like I did. I didn't look to see what they put out for breakfast. It was still nice. Tv channel guide was limited, not many channels to watch.

The room was awful. There was something disgusting in the tub. The towels were filthy. Could not tell if it was eyeliner from the previous guest or ashes or just dirty. The drapes smelled like smoke. Toilet did not work. Dead bolt on door did not work. Staff was friendly otherwise a terrible experience.

Avoid this motel and stay somewhere else. Rooms are dirty and in need of a renovation. Room had a very musty smell and the motel is right next to a strip club that pumps music until the early hours. Spend a few extra bucks and find something much better

Booked this hotel for 30 days and barely made it through 1 night. Switched rooms multiple times because of how dirty they were. On day 2 we found bed bugs on the sheets and left. Save your sanity and find a different hotel.

My husband and I traveled to Tampa & Sarasota for a few days in March. We were so fortunate to have found the Extended Stay America Tampa Airport location. This location is very close and convenient to the airport. It was the perfect place for us to stay at the beginning and end of our trip. The hotel was immaculate. In fact, it was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. the pool is gorgeous and so well maintained. We noticed the staff making sure that the pool area was kept neat and clean throughout our visit. Speaking of the staff, they were so kind. When we arrived, we had a lot of luggage and I accidentally left my pocketbook in the lobby. Shortly after we were in our room, a staff member brought it to me. Thank goodness they found it, because I did not even realize that I left it there. The room was so comfortable and so quiet. I could go on and on about our stay there, but I will just end by saying thank you so much for a wonderful experience at your very special hotel.

hmmm this will be an interesting review. Let me start by saying there was noted improvement from Day one until Day 60. No person, business or anything is perfect. Sometimes we miss our weekly appointments, sometimes we are all misunderstood from time to time. Would I recommend another fellow traveler on business, vacation to this Extended Stay...sure I would with the caveat of understanding the front desk may be on a smoke break or resting if you are up and active during the night. The pool is incredible and it's right next to an awesome Baseball Field. I enjoyed every walk I took in the area and me myself would stay there again in a heartbeat.

After traveling from Chicago taking a late night flight. We arrived as planned (and communicated earlier in the week with the front desk) around 3/3:30am. When we went to check in no one was at the front desk. We banged on the management door just off to the right of the front desk, we called for 20 minutes. When the gentleman finally came out he didn’t even apologize for the fact we had been waiting for 20ish minutes (with a 7 and 9 year old). Then he told us that he no longer could give us a room because it was “after audit”. I showed him the reservation confirmation and he was anything but helpful. He basically explained that because we showed up after midnight there was no guarantee for the room. When we asked if they had given the room away he said nope, they were already overbooked. Thank goodness I booked on ********** as they were so accommodating by refunding us, and covering the cost of the new hotel that we had to be get down the road. I wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy. Find anywhere else.
