the check in process was disturbing a frankly pissed me off! We came in the lobby about 5-6pm w noone at the desk - waited, waited, & WAITED until finally the lady comes out of the bathroom only to start complaining she had no help. Anyways... looked up my reservation, was told then I had to provide a credit card for a $100 hold - ( which I explained I wasnt aware of this prior to making the reservation) so all she states is she will just cancel my reservation! UMMM NO! Do not cancel my room, I am staying from out of state and I was just not aware I needed to have such made available upon checking in since my room was already paid for through ******* -
she said it once again, as I was getting my husband's card she was already typing - unreal!!!
