Highly recommended

This review is going to be "unfair" because we checked into the hotel after the Super Typhoon hit Guam and the hotel was basically destroyed. But I did want to write a comment and review regarding the hotel staff. During a very difficult time, the hotel staff was really nice and helpful and understanding and supporting. For example, we had booked the hotel for 2 nights but because the airport was damaged, all fights cancelled, we had to stay in Guam longer. Despite not having a booking the hotel allowed us to extend our stay for two more days until the airport reopened and commercial fights available again. So for this wr are very appreciative of the hotel and their staff.

Good location, friendly staff, everything was good. Just a little bit old feeling..

The service at the front desk is the best. I checked in a little late, but I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a large room. A little disappointing was that they gave me a robe on the first day, but they stopped giving it to me on the second day. They even took it away, which was disappointing. Also, they forgot some towels and cups and didn't provide them, but the service was good otherwise. The facilities are old because they are old, but they put in more effort to manage and provide service, so I will stay at this hotel again on my next family trip. The pool is nice and it's quiet.

Second visit. I think I will come here again. The location is good, the price is good, and I am very satisfied with the room upgrade during the off-season. I don't think I will go anywhere else.

Still have a nice view of the beach. The facilities are relatively old, but there is a smart toilet.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a water server. The TV reception was not that great.

I really liked the tatami slippers! Basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrushes are provided so there are no problems! The only pajamas available were like a robe so it might be more comfortable if you bring your own! The water server and the view were what decided my decision to make, but there was also ABC, a hamburger restaurant, an IHOP pancake shop nearby so it was great!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are a bit old, but the location is good so it's worth staying!

The location was very good. There was a JP store right in front of the hotel, and a larger ABC store just down the hill, so it was convenient. There was a water server in the room, so I didn't have to buy water, which was great. I brought a water bottle with me, so I could fill it up with water from the water server when I went out. The hotel was old overall, and the air conditioning was loud, which bothered me when I was sleeping. The pool was smaller than I expected.

It was even cleaner than I expected, and the pool was right when I got off, and the view of the ocean from the pool was amazing! It was nice that they provided a lot of amenities every day. However, there were a few times when the clean towels were a little dirty. The bath was a little old. But overall, it was a very satisfying hotel, with a location where you could walk to many places nearby!

There was a water server installed in the room, which was convenient for making milk for the children, and it was very helpful for adults as they didn't have to go out and buy water. The staff were also very kind. I had to leave the airport early in the morning on my way back, but I was glad that I was able to book a taxi at the exit in front of the lobby and was able to board right away.

Probably won't stay here again The bedding is very uncomfortable, especially the pillows. The pillows on the double bed are even one big and one small. The bathroom is very short, and the front desk clerk has a very bad attitude. Breakfast is not a buffet either.
