We stayed at the premier tower. The bathroom had a foul stench and I thought of asking to change rooms but didn't because I didn't want to move all of my luggage. But the stink really made my stay unpleasant. The interior of the room looks good but the bathroom is really old so don't be fooled by the photos of the bedroom. The shower room door doesn't shut all the way so you'll have a bathroom floor soaking wet after your shower. The body soap was empty on the day we arrived and I was utterly disappointed that this is the kind of service a Hilton hotel would provide. The only acceptable point for this hotel was the buffet (over-priced, btw) which was "acceptable" (by no means "good"). At around noon the cleaning on the floor above ours would shower our balcony with detergent and water so our bathing suits we were trying to dry on the balcony were soaking wet. Thanks a lot! I would strongly recommend you to choose a newer hotel. Absolutely not worth the money.

All the staff were kind. I liked the room because it was clean. Especially, I was a Korean employee when I checked out I was wearing a name tag called Min I gave my child chocolate as a gift. Thank you!

The main pool is now open until 6pm, which is earlier than before, which was disappointing. Some of the pool receptionists were strict about the number of towels they had.

I always stay at the Hilton when I go to Guam, it's my favorite hotel! It's next to Ypao Beach and there are lots of fish, so it's a highly recommended hotel for snorkelers. The staff are very kind, so you can stay with peace of mind. I look forward to seeing you again!

I used the Premier Suite and it was great. Includes executive lounge Simple breakfast (scrambled eggs, ham, bread, drinks, etc.) on the 7th floor of Premier Tower I used happy hour (sandwiches, nachos, cheese, drinks, beer, cocktails), etc. The room size is very large, and I had a good rest for 6 nights and 7 days. I'll come again next time

Environment: Very good, should it be the hotel with the best underwater view here? The hotel's snorkeling is not inferior to many famous island hopping tours in Southeast Asia. Hygiene: Cleaned very cleanly, the sheets and quilts are really spotless. Service: Everything is still relatively efficient and the management is relatively strict. For example, the swimming pool can only be used by hotel guests, with a wristband, and the color of the wristband will be changed every day. Facilities: A bit old, the antique elevator takes people back to the 1980s and 1990s, and the mottled walls of the parking building can be used to shoot horror movies. But most of the designs are still relatively humane, such as the bathroom has a large countertop, washlet, and even the placement of toilet paper is very convenient.

The location was really good. It was also good to have direct access to the pool and beach. However, you should take into account that the room cleaning was a little late and the room condition was a little old. Other than that, everything was good.

It's a good accommodation. The resort atmosphere is nice and breakfast mainly serves Korean food on weekends. There is also a Korean front desk staff on staff, and I am satisfied with the service.

The surrounding environment is very beautiful! The front desk staff was friendly! shortcoming: 1) Breakfast options are very limited; 2) The worst thing is that the room is a connecting room. After checking in at 10 o'clock in the evening, the connecting door started to open. It scared me to death.
