Very nice location, front staff is very kind. Room cleaning was forgotten two times. Room cleaning staff don't say hi when we met them in the hallway. Pool is very good. Better and cleaner than other hotels nearby. Direct acces to the beach is nice too. Pool restaurant could have a better menu ( Dusit have Taji Grill and Tabu bar)

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

The scenery is great, but the hotel is indeed old. I can only say that the facilities are still comprehensive and the service is quite enthusiastic. Guam has not changed much since the first time I came here ten years ago. I personally think Haytt is the best hotel in Guam. Guam is still suitable for a four- to five-day trip. The waves are not big and it is very suitable for playing in the sea. It is basically Korean and Japanese, and I have hardly seen Chinese people. It is a very niche travel destination. I hope that the outlet mall in Guam can open Ralph Lauren soon!

I visited the hotel knowing that it was an old facility. 1. On the first day of my visit, the curtain box fell and I requested repairs, but no action was taken, so I requested repairs 3 times. Construction on the afternoon of the 2nd day 2. The shower faucet fell off when I used it on the first evening after swimming... If you consider the fact that the facilities are somewhat old, the service, swimming pool, accessibility to the coast, and main street are excellent. However, please note that action on requests is very slow and requests are frequently missed, which is the same as other reviews.

I had a great stay for 5 nights and 6 days. There were Korean staff, so it was easy to communicate with them! Guam seems to be a shopping paradise and an activity paradise.

Nice waiters, all questions can be answered enthusiastically and handled actively. Comfortable room, not very new, but not old, clean, no noise, no smell. The beach is public, but very quiet, the sand is very fine, white and soft. Water and ice 🧊 are provided on fixed floors, not bottled water. Two sports water bottles are provided, which are just right for swimming. The breakfast buffet is very rich, and the dishes are adjusted every day. Dinner is ordered, and you can choose freely from several restaurants, which is also completely sufficient.

I’m not sure if I’ll come again..^^… The location is good, but there are a lot of lizards. There is no place to dry laundry There is no water purifier on each floor. We were almost at the end. The elevator is only in the center The ride to the elevator was too long and inconvenient.

I really liked the kids activity (drawing) in the lobby. There were many families visiting, but there was a drawing room and a kids room in the lobby, so I made good use of them. Please just pay more attention to cleaning.

It seems like a very good hotel for traveling and playing with young children. The location is not bad, there is a very good swimming pool for children, and other than the fact that the accommodation is old, I am very satisfied.

I went on a trip with my mom The location is the best, the sea is the best, and the rooms are the best~! The pool was warm and the breakfast buffet was great! My mom liked it so much that I want to come again next time! I really like the sea in front of Hyatt, and it reminded me of the emerald sea, so I decided to come up to the wall again. I highly recommend Hyatt, the best!!
