Good food, views, many nice discounts and coupons to use everywhere. They have many partnerships with other businesses. For example, at the time of this writing, you can go to Risonare Water Park and only need to pay $15 instead of $55. Dinner buffet was great. Staff are nice. The coffee shop serves Starbucks. Rooms are very spacious.

The staff were amazing but noise is quite loud. We can hear kids screaming at the pool even when we are staying at the pretty high top floor.

My family had an amazing time at Lotte Hotel. The service was good and the facilities were clean. It is conveniently close to a lot of things that we wanted to do. We enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel (La Siene) with all the different kinds of foods available and made use of the kids playground -- my boy really loves it there, especially with the new expansion. It was very family friendly, and will look forward to our next staycation.
