Friendly staff and great location. I recommend to book a club access room which we did. The line for the normal breakfast was very long every day and in the club there was an almost no people.

The service was good, but the room's soundproofing was poor, which affected my sleep. These two hotels are probably the largest resorts in Tumon Bay.

There is only one complaint I want to make is regarding the Thai restaurant soi at the hotel. The food was great, however the service needs to be improved. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes. After we ordered, 5 minutes later, the 2 main dishes came first, a couple minutes later, the 2 appetizers came. We were eating at rush. At the end we ordered a dessert, however it took 20 minutes to come. Also, the waitress never came to ask about our comment on the food. Comparing with the restaurant next door we had dinner the night before, it was quite an unpleasant experience. Again the food is the best Thai food we have ever had.
