Location: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

This hotel was sufficiently good for us. The balance between cost and quality was so great. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel quiet and clean

Toothbrush is not provided unless you ask the front desk. We requested for room cleaning on our 3rd night but it was not as clean as we expected. The toilet bowl was not cleaned, the floors were not wiped, the soap, shampoo, etc was not refilled. Our room door was difficult to open/close. There was a musty smell coming from the toilet. And one of the room lights was flickering. Location was good 10 mins to the airport.

Will book again when visiting Guam. The Micronesian cleaners are the friendliest!

The location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well.

Clean room, friendly service, no complaints!

Since I had an early morning flight, I booked a place with good reviews and cheap prices to wash up and rest, and it was cleaner than I expected. Everything was neat and tidy, which was nice!! It seemed to have been remodeled, but there was no air conditioning smell, so I was satisfied.

The convenience store here is a hidden gem. Prices are cheaper than at the supermarket, and there are lots of medicines sold individually. The room was very clean, and it's close to ABC Mart, so I recommend it.

The hotel is located a bit far from the oceanfront shopping mall, and the shuttle service is limited, requiring a taxi. While the price is relatively affordable, it lacks amenities like a pool or gym, and there's no restaurant.
